My husband and I are from up north, very close to Chicago. So when we moved out here we did not expect there to be any food that compared to the quality and variety that our old area offers. This place, like another reviewer stated, is a GOLD MINE. Theres another Chinese place out here that I will not name, that is AWFUL. Everything we have ever ordered here is on par with or surpasses the quality and taste of what we had available up north. The pot stickers, egg rolls, yu shan chicken, and Mongolian chicken are our go to meals. This place is the best and I honestly prefer it over what we had up north. Yes, the people who take your order are quick and short with you, but that's because they're so BUSY taking all of our orders and ensuring they get to us quickly. If you dine in they are very attentive and so so nice! Over the past 3 months or so their delivery time has gone from around an hour to about 20 minutes and the quality and taste in food has not changed at all. This was my go to for Chinese food. Never had any problems. I ordered fried chicken wings, the girl taking my order asked me twice, she also took down the wrong address and the wrong fried rice. No big deal corrected everything. I get my order no chicken wings which were or my daughter. Just some fried chicken chunks and hot peppers. Simple mistake so I call to address to issue. I'm put on hold and can hear people yelling and arguing in the background. A different lady comes on the phone and says it's my fault that I ordered the wrong thing so yeah that's on you. So I explain how repeated it twice to the previous lady and would just like a refund or credit on my account if possible. She continues to argue with me being rude then puts me back on hold and goes to yell at someone else. Comes back and says her driver with be here in a minute to give me my refund. 20 minutes go by still nothing call the lady says yeah he left about 5 minutes ago. Another 10 minutes...

We have been eating here for years, usually inside restaurant or pick up. Today we tried delivery and it was a disaster. I’m only giving a 2 rating due to the previous experiences of quality food and In-restaurant experience. I phoned back after 45 minutes to be sure the food was not delivered to the wrong address. It is a 7 minute drive from restaurant to our house. If it will be an hour to deliver my order, tell me when I place the order. I feel that is common courtesy.
