Initially I was receiving care from Dr. Derek at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy at the Steele Creek location, and he was amazing. Dr. Dereck relocated to a different location that was going to be a further drive so I decided to stay at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy but see another doctor because I thought I would get the same level of care, which I did not. My first visit after Dr. Derek left was with a newer doctor Dr. Justin. He was very kind and dedicated during our visit. My next visit was with Dr. Lee who I believe is the manager or owner. Upon our first interaction he seemed nice but once we started my treatments, I did not feel like he was caring, and he was not gentle. Dr. Lee recommended that I get shots in my shoulder to trigger my muscles as they were frozen. When giving the shots he was very rough and despite my cries and asking for a break he continue the treatments saying, “You will thank me later”. I did not receive any after care instructions or pain medications. I was in so much pain that when I got home, I had to have my husband help me out the car and into the house. When I woke up the next day my under arm and back of shoulder were black and bruised! I called Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy the next day and spoke with Dr. Justin and explained the side effects I was having, and he stated that it was normal, but he would let Dr. Lee know. I never received any follow up calls with aftercare instructions or what to do for pain. I went back two days later for a follow up appointment. Dr. Lee saw me from across the room and told me to go to the elliptical. I asked him what and where the elliptical was and he began to chastise me while showing me where to go not even acknowledging the message I left for him or asking how I felt after our last visit. He gave me a few workouts to do but was on his computer disengaged then entire session. Another patient came in during the end of my session and he shifted all his attention to the other patient neglecting me. When dealing with the other patient he was kind, patient and attentive all the things he was not with me. I had to get to go to work and was afraid to interrupt so I just left. He never acknowledged me leaving or attempted to complete my visit. Feeling undervalued and overlooked I cancel my next two visits; it was at this point Dr. Lee reached out to see what was the issue. As a patient I feel that I should be treated different, so I decided to find a different Rehab center to...

I highly recommend Dr Lee and ivy rehab you will not be disappointed he's very skilled and knowledgeable in his field I wouldn't trust anyone else. The staff especially Ashley at the front desk is welcoming and respectful of your needs. If you need any kind of réhabilitation services trust me call them right away, your body will thank you. Remember I was a body full of pains, incorrect posture feeling downtrodden because I was told by many other so called therapist's that it's an expected part of growing old! Read moreI was a first time paying customer with insurance. First I wish to say that the therapist are very good at their skills and I receive great results for my sciatica in my right leg. When I first visited, I had Mr Boswell's agreement to make a monthly payment cause I was on SSDI and paid once monthly. I paid him $40 in two months time which left me a $60 copay balance. He first offered his service for no copay but I refused. He hounded me each time I came to him and his attitude was very negative towards me and acted like I wasn't paying him, which is untrue. I found him to not be a man of his word and with a very unprofessional attitude while I kept my end of the agreement. I warn anyone who has a copay and on a limited monthly income not to trust his words because he doesn't keep to his end of the agreement. I will never do business with him ever again. If you seek help with your copays do not trust Me Boswell. I strongly recommend you find another place to get your care at. He's a penny lover and doesn't hide it ayhe has no shame if you owe him my money. I'm still paying him monthly what I can afford until my $60 balance is...
