Insane experience if I could give 0 stars I would. The prices are insane for the skill set these tech have, I payed $83 for acrylic nails with gel polish and had to remove them because my hands were throbbing from being cut as well as acrylic being attached to the skin!!!! I was advised by urgent care to remove them asap. After leaving a review on tell the owner reached out and offered to redo my nails which I responded by saying I was unfortunately uncomfortable with as my nails were horribly damaged and I am partially missing a nail now! I asked the owner since I was uncomfortable getting them redone due to damage ( it’s not healthy to put sns over open wounds) if I could please have a refund and I would pay for the rest of the services I received. The owner responded that they don’t do refunds and that sns with vitamins would be the best option. Again I’m super uncomfortable going back ! So I said I would just like a refund where the owner continued to say no and offer a new set over my broken nails!!!!!! When I said it would cause infection they said they would wait for them to heal then redo them even after I stated multiple time I do not want to go back. For the price I payed I’m super unhappy with how this is handled not to mention the owner saying the nail tech did nothing wrong even after the NAIL TECH ADMITTED TO BEING NEW TO ACRYLIC … THE OWNER TOLD ME I WAS AT FAULT BECAUSE I REMOVED THE NAILS AS ADVISED BY URGENT CARE. This place is a total scam no prices listed on website online when you walk in will they tell you the price, no refund even if you had to seek medical attention… offering to our nails over broke and damaged nails which any licensed nail tech would know is horribly wrong!!!!!!! Not to mention the acrylic when I tried to remove it was still damp underneath this is literally an infection waiting to happen at...

Hello ! As someone who recently worked here I would highly recommend you guys second guess coming here. I quit the job mainly because of POOR SANITATION!

Not only are they unsanitary but they do not use QUALITY PRODUCTS!! For one most of the polishes are oxidized and separated (expired products)

I'm a nail tech who specializes in acrylic and realized the first time I had a client there was something off with the monomer (purple liquid) , the only thing was the purple liquid happened to be clear and odorless. This is MMA which is an illegal to use because it causes damage to nail beds. I told a coworker and the owner Steven about the issue and they told me I simply didn't know what I was doing. And to use their products next time.

Not only that but I noticed I was one of the only people using the barbicide to properly disinfect my tool per state board requires! On top of that I was told to reuse disposable products (files , buffers , and even pumice stones) I highly recommend you do your research before going to this salon. And if you do go please ask for a disposable pedicure kit to make sure you're getting fresh and clean tool! Yes it is a beautiful salon and all however they do not run their location as a luxury...

UPDATE from initial review for the PARK location only: Zi moved. Kelly suggested Nancy for my gel pedicure because I’m extremely picky. Let me just say with a little direction Nancy gave my feet an amazingly well needed pampering. As always Kelly did an amazing job on my dip nails. Both services worth every penny spent to include the tip left separately for each. Thank you ladies! Kelly and Zi at the best for the gel pedicure and dip tiny french manicure. Perfection each time. Nancy nipped my toe during two pedicures on two separate visits and I couldn’t return afterwards.
