I had a hair emergency and VIA salon worked MIRACLES! Kristi, the owner had me text her photos of my hair, and Anneke came in on her day off to fix me! Anneke took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and make sure I understood all of my options. Even though I did not speak any language about hair, she fixed my hair to be exactly what I wanted (and beautifully done) and taught me how to ask for it in the future. I previously asked for “highlights and a u-shape cut,” but Anneke understood I actually wanted a “lived in, honey blonde root melt with face framing layers.” These women are truly incredibly talented and making people look beautiful is their passion. Anneke is also one of the most down to earth and easiest people to talk to that I have ever met. Her doing my hair was therapeutic! I was extremely taken care of by their team and am so grateful! You can trust them with your hair!

I am so incredibly thankful and grateful I found Via salon! I have been dying for platinum hair but scared to further damage. Olivia and the ladies did an amazing job on my roots and treated me like royalty the entire time I was there! I was greeted with a smile, cup of coffee and yummy snack while I had my color consultation. The ladies were so talented and attentive to my needs. Not only did my hair come out AMAZING, but I didn’t have ANY damage to my hair at all! They took such good care with my hair and didn’t rush the process. Sometimes perfection takes time and patience and Olivia my stylist was just that! She went above and beyond and was meticulous with my color. Let’s talk about the head massage to because OMG! After a disappointing experience with a different stylist at a different salon in Charlotte who didn’t deliver what I asked for, I was in a hair emergency. Via came to my rescue! Kristi and her incredibly talented team went ABOVE and BEYOND during my visit to handle the situation with remarkable skill.
