never in my LIFE have I had such a negative experience. I came here tonight to watch the Super Bowl with my friends and our waitress greeted us with hostility and a negative attitude from the start. everything started out okay until it had been awhile since she had come to our table and we wanted another round of drinks. we were tucked in a corner where she couldn’t see us so we thought to just go up to the bar and order. At the bar she came up to us and rudely told us she had to serve us at our table. That’s fine and makes sense, however she wasn’t serving us and didn’t need to speak that way. we went to go sit back down. Awhile later the same thing happened, it had been awhile since she came to our table and we were tired of waiting so we got up to the bar again. a different but also rude waitress saw us sit (we accidentally sat in someone’s seat) and said “babe, someone is clearly sitting there”. We moved because obviously we didn’t mean to but again, no need to be so rude. Shortly after, our waitress came up to us and essentially yelled at us about having to serve us and saying we were taking tips away from her and the bartender. My friend asked what the right way to go about getting served was, and the waitress told us by sitting at our table to which we told her we had not actually been getting served. She blatantly lied and said she had been coming to us every 10 mins (maybe actually once every 30 mins to an hour). We went back to our table and asked for the check, where she watched over all of our shoulders as we tipped. Never in my life have I not tipped, I always tip 20 because I was a server in college and totally get it. I’m also a nurse and work with people every day so I know exactly how things can get. After I pressed no tip, she VERY sarcastically thanked me for nothing to which I responded maybe be a little kinder next time and she began to yap and complain. She also said “good luck finding a table somewhere else.” Like i said, I have server experience and I’m a nurse. I have put up with a ton of BS from people and still maintained my composure enough not to speak to people like that. I am truly disgusted at the way we were treated and my friends and I will never be coming back. I will also be making sure many of my other friends never do, the food was way too average to have...

I’ve been here once, I was surprised. It’s not a terrible place to eat. What the kicker is, is the clear lack of humanity in management. As someone who has worked in the service industry, it is appalling to me the way their employees are treated. I will preface with my understanding of a business needing to make money to survive. That is a given… a company must make money in order to survive. That being said, a server is not responsible for the bill of a table that has walked out without paying said bill. While it is in the best interest of the business to make money, there are other solutions to this issue. If I worked for this business, then I’d personally ask each customer if they could afford their bill. This would be offensive but at least effective; in that, I would not have to worry about being charged for someone else’s lack of funding. This is a terrible business practice, and it does not act as incentive to make less mistakes. It’s punitive for no reason, and cruel. If I am charged for someone else’s crime, will I have faith in those who accused me? No. All charging a server is doing, is deferring blame, and driving a wedge between server and business. One person’s wallet, is not another’s responsibility. This is shameful, outdated, and inhuman. The absolute worst visit I’ve ever had at this bar. I had a shot and the glass had sticky juice stuck to the shot glass they didn’t even notice just sending anything to the table. It was a vodka shot without juice so they served it to me in a dirty glass what if I didn’t notice and I was allergic major fail! I order a sangria it was mostly juice disgusting and watered down couldn't even taste the wine sent that back. Got a mixed drink that was better. Realized after drinking that mixed drink to the halfway point that that glass was also very dirty smh. I thought it was condensation wrong again. I get blackened pasta when I come most times it was so sub par also. I could barely taste the seasoning and I only ate it because I was starving. I was going to use actual silverware but that was dirty too so I opted to use plastic ware. I always get a brownie. Let me be clear they are pre made which is fine by me but it was over microwaved and tasted burnt. Overall just a horrible experience. I don’t think I’ll go back unless the servers that normally take care of me or the manager that cooked the pasta for me last time is working. So disappointed and I’m normally a person that doesn’t write reviews but this was pitiful. I drove 30 minutes to get here when I could have dined somewhere else...
