GameStop — Attraction in Charlottesville

Bought a used xbox from here was told it was a newer xbox one ( found out a week later it was the first edition, the oldest one) Hard drive crashed after 2 weeks cant do anything about it because of the non member warranty and it's now trash, crazy right?

Obviously buying used consoles can bring problems like these I'm aware, but to have the whole core processor fry in 2 weeks?

Sketchy business coming from them.. seriously $200 im out of? They're ripping you off and its bad business. You can get a 500g new xbox with first month game pass for $300 on xbox...

My niece bought a PS4 controller/ used that didn't work. 2 days later we tried to return cause of the 30 day Return policy on box. Jason the GM was rude, refused to even try to resolve cause we did not have the receipt.. Even though they could see in system the controller was purchased the day before yesterday. He talked over me and then told me to come in person if I didn't like it, then hung up. Been shopping there for over a decade. Don't waste...

Was here at 7:15 and door was locked and lights were on. Please adjust your posted signage for store hour times and Google to match the actual hours you are open. I wasted a trip coming to this store.

Update: Came back today at 1:30pm, lights on, still closed, no posted signage saying they are closed………..I guess they don’t...
