Summary: One of the best kids playgrounds I have ever seen. Parking can be a challenge on some days when the weather is nice and the park is full or when there are baseball games being played at the adjacent field. There are covered areas and tables for gatherings and parties (you can also rent out one of the small buildings near the street for kids parties). Fun fact: the picnic tables were built by the local Boy Scouts as a community service project. Kids of all ages can find something to do here (although kids older than 12ish may get bored). There is a small area with smaller playground equipment and features for little little ones and bigger equipment like a zipline for taller/older kids (little ones can use it to, they will just need help to get into the seat (plastic disc attached to a rope) and a push to help them away and likely to return back. There is also equipment like different tandem swings for parents to swing with their kids or carousel-like toys that the kids and adults can help push to spin them for the other inside. All features are self policed, so it can be a good opportunity for kids to learn sharing whichever toys are being used (usually the zip line and a fee of the slides on the tall play structures. There is a sidewalk that runs the inner perimeter and it can be used to teach kids to roller skate or just do some laps while the kiddos play). Plenty of seating off to the side (covered) or at the picnic table just outside the fence, or at various points where parents sit and watch their kids. There are 3 entrances to walk-in and an adult of average height should have no problems seeing the entire park and the exits. Parking garage is availible along the curb, angle parking on another side, and a small parking lot off to the side. The turf is artificial and quite soft (No skinned knees and palms here). Summer months can be quite hot here making the slides and other equipment very hot as there is little overhead protetion and you may want to walk next door to the splash park (this is free, the swimming pool area is not). Bathrooms are availible just outside the park fence. All are welcome, just make sure to appreciate that this community and charity-built so all should bring their manners and prepare to watch your kids...
Read moreOur visit was not planned and our purpose was to allow our six year old grandson's boundless energy to be attenuated to a more quieted state. Our choice of this playground was randomly picked via the Google Map app and the included satisfaction value assigned to it. My wife's and my recommendation for this playground would easily garner more stars than 5 if available. The inhabitants of the neighborhoods with access to this playground have a wondrous environment for children, outstanding playground equipment, exceptionally clean (including the restrooms) covered sitting area, very easy access and greatly accessible to handicapped persons (I use a wheelchair and a rollator device). This is a spectacular playground and I wish that similar environs were available to all families throughout our land. Our nation's children and their families stand at the highest asset level that bless this nation and they deserve so much beyond this one...

Two Words: DANG GINA! Surrounded by turf, this epic Park has EVERYTHING!
It has a young kids section with: slides, tunnels, bridges, small hills, sensory toys, drums, and a wide variety of 6 swings.
The big kid section has two large section, one is slides, bridges, ladders, and spinning toys. The other section is perfect for your money child 🐵; ropes tunnels and bridges. Theres a rolling slide (which I just had to try and it made me giggle), a merry-go-round that you can ride on with wheels, another merry go round, swings, a spherical turning toy, turtle swing (always a favorite), and 3 ziplines (one of which has an over the head locking mechanism).
My kids had a blast. This is definitely...
