Had my son’s 11th birthday party here last Sunday and we are very happy customers. We scheduled, paid, signed waivers chatted with them about details all online. Prompt, polite service throughout. We booked a two hour Gel Blasters Party for my son and 7 of his friends (10 kids max was the limit). The instructors were super friendly and accommodating. Made sure all kids had proper protection and moderated the game so everyone had plenty of ammo and fun. They accommodated us taking frequent breaks since it was so hot without rushing us and they help set up a shaded area for the kids to eat and rest after they played. They even disinfected the kid’s masks multiple times since we chose not to play a whole hour in one shot due to the heat. Everyone had fun and the instructors checked with us often to make sure we had a great time and our needs met. They are part of a chain but fairly new to our valley so they took our suggestions to heart and genuinely cared about our input like tips about stocking cold drinks in their ‘fridge to sell to patrons, expanding their gel ball blaster field, providing more shaded areas and providing more party hosts to help guide participants throughout the whole party session. Come party prepared with a cooler full of drinks, your own food (we had local pizza delivered) and utensils. They normally have more shade but I’d suggest bringing extra chairs and an easy up if it’s permissible by them. Overall definitely highly recommend the gel ball blasters party and we’ll be back to try the sky course and zip line (all the kids were begging to go on all of those even after our party). Great staff, room for facility expansion, definitely a must try!

Honestly I can't say enough great things about this place! From the 2nd we got there we were greeted with amazing customer service! Charlie and Betty were hands down some amazing staff members! They made us feel super comfortable explained quite literally every step of the way from the moment we stepped into our harness till the moment we stepped out. We felt safe with the pin point safety instructions. You can tell they know their jobs and care about each and every customer from the bigs down to the the littles! About 20 minutes in my little guy (7) decided it wasnt for him so I yelled down for Betty and she immediately walked us through the way for him to get down and then helped him down while I continued on. She let him hang out below, gave him some chalk to play with and some water. Don't get me wrong they arent babysitters and i knew my kid would be fine down by himself but I thought it was super awesome of her to check in on him and give him some little extra things. Anyways let me ramble haha but I just have to say it was a great experience and we will be back! Maybe a little braver next time!

High Trek Chelan was awesome. It was a birthday gift and first time rope course and zip line experience for my 12 yr old son, and a second time for my 14 year old daughter. Compared to her first rope course, which was at Great Wolf Lodge, my daughter liked High Trek Chelan better. We went to the water park - Chelan Slidewaters - afterwards for the rest of the day, and my son said that the best part of the day were the 90 minutes spent at High Trek, which is all-telling. It was a pretty challenging course, but interesting and fun. The cool mist coming from the structure was very appreciated, given that it was a very hot day. It was supposed to be a self-guided tour, but the staff members got involved and offered my kids guidance and a helping hand when needed, which I appreciated a lot. They were friendly, welcoming and approachable, and made the whole experience a terrific one. Thank you guys, we'll be back next year!

Thank you, Ronnie, for the incredible experience at High Trek Chelan Ropes Course & Ziplines at Slidewaters. The safety training you provided was top-notch, making us feel confident and well-prepared before we even set foot on the course. Your approach to safety made it clear that it’s a priority, which allowed us to fully enjoy the adventure without any worries.

The courses themselves were a perfect blend of fun and challenge, with the zip lines being an absolute highlight. The thrill of flying through the air, combined with the stunning views, made for an unforgettable experience. Your team’s careful design of the courses ensured there was something for everyone, keeping us all engaged and excited throughout the day.

What really stood out, though, was how relatable and easy it was to talk to Ronnie and his father. They made us feel at ease right from the start, and were friendly, their approachable nature added so much to the overall experience. Your staff were equally welcoming and flexible, accommodating our group’s needs without hesitation. The beautiful environment surrounding the course was just the icing on the cake, making the day truly memorable. We’re already looking forward to...

Was honestly just a little disappointed with the axe throwing experience at High Trek. For 100 dollars it felt like the facility was thrown together as a second thought doing the bare minimum to be considered an axe throwing business.

I was hoping to this to be a fun experience for my brothers bachelor party but it really ended up feeling like we paid to be put in a shed in a back yard.

Somethings I would recommend are

  1. Investing in better seating other than plastic chairs under a tent.
  2. Have axe throwing games customers can play when throwing.
  3. Incorporate different types of axes. For 100 dollars it was disappointing to get one axe that you could essentially just have picked up at Ace Hardware.
  4. Add sodas, snacks, and beer at least. I appreciated the water not be marked up but we were all pretty bummed at the lack of amenities.
  5. Just focusing overall more on the customer experience. The axe throwing booths were fine but everything else around that was either subpar or non existent.

End of the day we were bummed with the whole experience and would not recommend if you are considering looking for axe throwing like you see on...
