pOpshelf — Attraction in Chesapeake

This was my first time coming here and my experience wasn't that great. Before the store opened, I did an online pick up order for 2 green beaded bracelets, scheduled between 9am-10am. Around 9:30ish, I got an email saying my order is delayed. Ok no problem, I was out running errands anyways. A little after 10 am I got an email saying my order was canceled. No explanation why. I'm a reasonable person, if they didn't have the bracelets like the website said they had, thats understandable. I went into the store to see if they had anything else I could purchase. I have never seen this particular store brand before so I went in with wide open expectations. I did like the vibe and I encountered staff who asked if I needed to any help, which was nice. I found the merchandise to be different from what I typically see in places like the Home Goods store or TJ Maxx, yet sort of the same vibe. I did like it and would go again. Don’t place an order online. I placed an order for pickup today between 2-3 pm. I received an email saying the order was ready.
