Horrible experience went to this location for the 2nd time since its around the corner from my job and the customer service is HORRIBLE. Ordered a jetty punch that I waited 18 mins which made me late for work for NOTHING...Only customer left in the store as i watch all 3 employees walk right past my half made smoothie. One girl started it obviously didnt know how because she re did the smoothie 3 times until she just gave up then left it in the blender. Still I waited patiently as I see the smoothie sit in the blender while all 3 employees walk right past it...finally the guy on the shift stopped and asked what I ordered. Told him the order he proceeded to put the smoothie i order in the cup finally tasted it and it's like I was drinking a cup of water. Ask for a refund and all 3 employees were very rude about didnt get an apology nor empathy they just acted as if I were disturbing their peace just UNACCEPTABLE they dont have to ever worry about getting a dime of...

We have eaten here several times since they have opened in Greenbrier Marketplace. This is our favorite Tropical Smoothie and we live within a couple of miles from 2 locations in VB. I like how you can watch your Smoothie being made here. The employees are all so kind and work really well together. I forgot to ask for no sugar and they immediately offered to make a new smoothie for me. Their smoothies are very flavorful here and do not taste watery. Our sandwiches are always grilled to perfection here and we leave happy and satisfied. They also have filtered water on tap. I always ask for a cup of water because I order the Spicy Thai wrap and it is very spicy! I have went to this location twice. The first time, my fiance and I walked in, there was no one at the desk, so I peeked and saw the cashier standing talking to someone in the kitchen. She peeked at us, saw us, and continued talking to whoever she was talking to. Never greeted us, or even asked us to wait. We stood there an additonal few minutes and she just continued to talk to whoever. We ended up walking out and never ordering. Also, there was no one in line but us.

Today, we go in, order 2 Acai Berry Boost, no bananas, and 1 regular. She ended up only ringing us up for 2, and didn't seem to pay any attention to what we were saying which is why I feel like she didn't ring us up for the last one. The dining area was gross(tables were disgusting).

I will never return to this...
