Great selection overall and the prices are good on most of their vapor products, but customer service is terrible and that's considering my ten+ visits. But today's experience took the cake an unfortunately i will not be returning. Getting a good deal is nice but I'm one of those people who doesn't mind paying more of the customer service is good and staff is friendly. I walked in today and the store was empty of any other costumers. When the young lady behind the counter came to help me i ask to see an item behind the glassand she took it or an handed it to me and immediately turned to the lady who had walked in ten seconds behind me and proceeded to help her for the next twenty minutes into i finally placed the item on the counter an walked out. I understand it's not always easy to run a store alone but unless other wise outlined it's usually a first come first serve situation and it was very rude to make me wait after already beginning to help me i wasnt even close...

Been coming here for nearly a decade, phenomenal service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, along with a dancing plethora of various glassware from completely unique art worthy pieces(from small portable glass water pipes to very large centerpiece water pipes of exquisite design. As well as classic Sherlock pipes, silicone pieces of all sizes, and an array of glass pipes that are sure to satisfy nearly anyone's interests in regards to smoking pieces.
