I usually am very satisfied with my food from this place. Order from there all the time, today I ordered the hot and sour soup as I usually do, which comes with a decent amount of veggies (onions, carrots, mushrooms etc) and tofu within the soup ALWAYS HAS, today however I paid 6.40 for a quart of broth with a couple mushrooms in it and 4 pieces of tofu.. when I called about it the woman lied straight to me with no shame telling me that, that's how it should be (when I order the soup BECAUSE of the generous amount of veggies in it) and to call doordash and figure out a refund or something. somehow trying to push blame on the delivery service for there lack of contents in my soup. My family and I order from here at least once a month. We usually love it. I don’t know what’s going on now but I ordered at 5:13 last night. Went to pick it up at 5:40. I arrive and the vestibule smelled awful. Like unclean, fecal almost. I mentioned my name….they didn’t have it ready which is weird but not a big deal. The woman scrambled, comes back and has it all ready. I was eating my pepper steak and got this really hard, really long, really SHARP piece of metal in my mouth. DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS! I placed a $60 dollar order, was told and that it would be about 45 minutes to hour which I understand but when I got to the hour and 10 minutes when I called back and was told to be another 25 minutes? That is when I tried to cancel my order no one seemed to understand what I was trying to say over the phone so I hung up on them. Then all of a sudden 10 minutes later after hour and 30 minutes had already went by someone called me from this restaurant who understood everything I was trying to say and offered me $5 off of my food.
