I don’t even know where to start. I have never received such terrible service. I cannot believe that I will not receive a refund due to bad weather when I paid extra money to have my package delivered at a certain time the next day and UPS failed to complete this task. What’s even worse is it’s in a contract as if I or anyone can predict bad weather that a refund will not be issued. I did not receive my services, I was given the run around, I called the numbers that they provided to “help” me and it did nothing but hurt me and this process of receiving a refund. Corporate was no help and told me that I should have done this or that as if this is my daily job when I was directed by the office of 21 and gratiot in chesterfield. Jen was not helpful and was condescending the whole time. I asked her for her managers number, she wouldn’t provide it. I asked her for corporate she said they’d tell me the same thing (she was right about that at least). I could sit here and say I will never be back as if that would make anything better but it won’t. I've never really had to ship too much, as I mostly receive stuff. But this place makes it quite easy. I came in here to ship my old oboe for consignment the other day (quite an expensive thing, worth around $6,000) and they handled it really well, said even that it would be delivered across the country in two days or less.

What was quite surprising to me is that I didn't pay a dime over regular shipping charge for that kind of speed. Additionally, they have some sort of basic insurance policy that will automatically cover up to $100 dollars worth of shipping damage to your item, so that's pretty nice.

No real complaints here, service was nice and speedy. In and out. Package shipped, insured for light damage, and on with my day. It definitely felt like a faster and safer environment to ship with...

Excellent service Emma. Great job so helpful had a usps package also and she guided me and took care of my concerns. She was amazingly courteous fast friendly said enjoy the rest of your weekend. Where do you get that??? I always go to that location everyone there is awesome but Emma caught my attention today. Thanks Emma and staff considering that stupid parking lot that’s my favorite ups location but really the parking is so stupid and always some accident people going through the do not enter on the other side.
