I was completely blown away after year of visiting that I and my group were treated so poorly. I have been bringing my kids without another person for three year but today I was approached by a man, stating that I was not welcome unless I called ahead. The Children's Village is a fantastic place to take your children all year round. However, the event this last week with Santa was so terrific! Were there Friday night. Campfire, marshmallows, carrots to throw on the roof for the reindeer and of course Santa. The guy that coordinates and makes this all happen is Aaron. Easily one of the best places for children in Cheyenne. It is outdoors, free, and encourages all the exploration they can think of. Building blocks, water play, puppet theater, educational tidbits all over the place, flowers and plants. There's also an indoor classroom that encourages children to be children.
