These Nano guys are awesome! I highly recommend them. Although it's a 72 mile round trip for me to seek computer repairs from Nano, their web page and the reviews posted there convinced me to check them out. Although Lawton, OK is considerably closer and has a number of computer repair shops, I've become reluctant to do business in Lawton for a number of reasons we won't get into.... Sometime last year I took my ~15 year old Dell desktop PC to Nano Repairs fulling expecting to be advised to toss it in the dumpster and purchase a new PC. For the last several years, my PC would take forever to start up and it was progressively getting slower. It seemed to me there were a number of programs operating in the background at start up, I assumed possibly security software or software updates. I only use my PC to store photos, music and other minor documents, occasional shopping and surfing the web for knowledge to satisfy my curiosity. No gaming, no movies, nor Facebook, etc... In less than 10 minutes they diagnosed the problem as a bad hard drive. To my surprise, they said they had a new hard drive in stock and would repair my computer in short order and at a very reasonable price! Waaaay cheaper than a new PC!!! My old outdated PC now performed perfectly as if it were brand new. And none of my data was lost during the repair process. I hate to admit this but one morning just last week I attempted to use my PC. The updated MS operating software periodically forces me to update my password. Unfortunately I didn't write down my new, 'extremely complex' password for safe keeping. I tried and tried to recall the password from memory but after a number of failed attempts, I was locked out... I unhooked all the wires, loaded the tower in my truck and headed off to Chickasha, straight to Nano. I explained what I had done. And of course, I was assured it wasn't a problem and they'd take care of it right away. I went off to grab some lunch and when I returned in less than an hour later, it was unlocked. I was only charged the usual initial service charge! Thank you Doug, Nick and all those at Nano Computer Repair!
(I wish I'd known a couple of months ago Nano also services cell...
Read moreFANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I dropped my iPhone 15 pro max on a gravel road and broke the screen. It was showing the rainbow lines down the side of the screen and I couldn’t see anything on that side. I decided to stop by Nano Repairs here in Chickasha to see if they could put a new screen on it. They explained that they could and it would only take about an hour. I was happy that I didn’t ruin my phone and that they could fix it. Unfortunately, I began to have problems with the new screen so I stopped by the store to see if they would be willing to help. I was really expecting them to tell me that I would have to buy another new screen. Much to my surprise, however, after assessing the phone and issues I was describing, they stated that it appeared to be a defective screen. They promptly replaced the defective screen free of charge. No hassle, no excuses. They stood behind their product and their work. This type of customer service is almost non-existent today. I don’t normally submit reviews, but Nano Repairs in Chickasha definitely deserves a 5-star review for taking great care of their customers. Shout out to Doug for...
Read moreI went to this store on September 3rd to have my lifetime warranty screen protector replaced. I also mentioned that I purchased my phone case there with a lifetime warranty. The employee, Robert, removed my screen protector but then refused to replace it. He repeatedly told me I never bought the case there and kept calling me mistaken or basically a liar, even though I asked him to simply check my account.
When I asked for Nick, the manager, I explained that I needed a copy of the invoice for the case I purchased over a year ago. Instead of helping, Robert continued arguing, insisted I hadn’t bought it there, and told me to leave the store. I told him directly that he had a garbage attitude, and rather than fix the issue, he told me to leave. I ended up leaving without a replacement screen protector—despite having a valid lifetime warranty.
I followed up by messaging through Facebook, but I still haven’t received the replacement screen protector or the copy of the invoice that Nick said he would send. Very disappointing experience and...
