They provide good customer service and carry my brand of cigarettes at a reasonable price. Really like their Smoke Odor Exterminator Candles. They work great and burn for a long time. The only drawback would be the complementary lighter you get with a carton of cigarettes... they're cheap P'sOS, but I won't hold that against them. I usually pawn them off on people...
