My son absolutely loves this place on a regular day. I enjoy bringing him here. The prices may have changed in last year but it’s $18 for 1 hr play and $22 for 2 hr play $26 all day. They have 10% discount for military, Veterans, DOD, law enforcement, and fire department on regular admission and party package with proof of ID. I did recently purchase the party package Ninja 5 from 1pm-3pm on Saturday, which includes free admission for birthday kid +5 other kids(total 6) and your paying for 3 tables with 16 chairs. Their prices are on their site. They give 15 minutes of preparation for your reservation day. I waited in line for 3 minutes to get checked in, make my payment and ensure my child was good to play but then was rushing for set up getting things from my car. I do like they conveniently have a cart to help carry birthday items. Honestly, in the possibility of the chaos and waiting in line to be seen there needs to be more time (maybe 20-25 mins arrival before reservation). I am a little confused with how they handle the party guests after providing the names of those on admission list that are covered on the package. My only complaint is I paid for the Ninja 5 ($150) and only expected to pay for that which included the birthday kid and 5 others already on the list. I was asked on two occasions if I would like to add more people on my list as they came in and as I thought about it I did reply to the young lady that the parents would pay for their child at the beginning of the party. Then another young woman in the middle of my party, 40 mins prior to ending, when I was getting parents together to sing Happy Birthday, caught me off guard in my midst asking if I was going to pay for the others who joined my party and if I wanted to see the list. My mistake was not checking the list and asking the parents to pay for their child because the bill does fall on me and it is equivalent to the parent paying for their children, which my other guests did pay as front desk did ensure this following my first statement. Somehow the communication got scrambled with front desk and more children were added on my list those who came late. My thought is the party package admission deal should not exceed past its coverage and anyone who goes beyond the list should be asked to pay for their childs admission as they have to fill the waiver. However, After the party was over and settled I realized what happened (this is my confusion and only mild complaint) with the additional children I am not getting my moneys worth other than the admission for +10 children (5 more children were added to my list) that would be parallel to the party package deal for a Ninja 10 which is what ended up paying an additional $150 ($300 total) but did not reap the benefits of such party package deal with more seating. This is my error and I did make the decision to pay for those members not realizing I had already mentioned that the parents were paying for their own children. I am only slightly bothered I was asked about the additional expenses and added members to my list during my party disregarding my initial request which was somehow lost in communication with the other workers. This question needs to be asked and kept in Notes of that party list prior to the reservation. Nonetheless, it is my mistake for not confirming my list to my initial admissions listed and ensuring no one else was added to it so when they did get added I could have asked the parents to pay for their child. I did pay for it because my time was running out to sing happy birthday and serve cake before my reservation was over. I don’t believe the party packages are worth it too much especially if it goes unnoticed that you’re paying for additional guests outside your package deal and what you’re actually getting from it. Plus at that price I would think to value the birthday packages at giving the birthday child a free admission day voucher, as a gift, to use on any day they come back depending on what party package they purchase....

It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a response to the below email from the manager and/or owner. I have shared this on BBB and yelp so that other parents are aware and steer clear.

Dear Owner, Manager, and Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent visit to Ninja Factory on March 8, 2024 between 3-4pm. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for my children turned out to be frustrating due to the behavior of some staff members and unclear policies.

Unnecessary Harassment Over Wristband – A female employee aggressively insisted that our 2-year-old daughter leave the playset because she did not have a wristband, despite the fact that my husband was already at the counter paying for it. Instead of allowing a simple resolution, she insisted that I take my daughter to the front, causing unnecessary stress. Because of this, my daughter busted her lip on the front counter.

Over-Policing Playtime & Safety Concern – Another employee continuously reprimanded my son for going in the “wrong direction” in the play area and for playing in the ball pit. In addition, my 2 year old daughter was not allowed to have her handheld toy in any of the structures.

Unclear Signage & Harassment Over Shoes – I was also confronted for wearing shoes while watching my 2-year-old daughter in the play area. The signage regarding this rule was not clearly posted, making the enforcement feel arbitrary and frustrating.

Unfair Height Restriction for Older Kids – My 10-year-old daughter was not allowed to play simply because of her height. Nowhere on the signs did it specify that children must be BOTH between the ages of 2-12 AND under 5 feet tall. This was misleading and unfair, especially when the posted rule only referenced age.

Overall, our experience at your facility was far from kid-friendly. Employees were hovering over children and parents, ready to enforce rules in a rigid and aggressive manner. Instead of fostering a fun and welcoming environment, it felt like we were being policed the entire time. Had staff been more understanding and policies clearer, this experience would have been much more pleasant.

Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, we will not be returning, nor will we recommend Ninja Factory to others—especially for events or parties. Other nearby options, such as K1 Speed or Jump Around, provide a much more enjoyable and stress-free experience for families.

I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to staff training, rule enforcement, and signage clarity. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss this...

I have been coming here for a couple of months and have gathered the following:

This place is a great place for your children to play! (Keep in mind, HIGHER jump platforms and injury may occur if children left unsupervised!) I posted a picture of the various signs around the little park.

The workers here seem to be pretty vigilant at making sure the children jumping from the higher areas are doing so in a safe manner and guiding the other children out before the next jumper! BIG ++++++ (Understand, they are very few and are NOT responsible for every single child. Please keep an eye on your kids!!!)

They do have a snack bar (picured above), and I appreciate no greasy foods, just regular chips, drinks, and ice cream! Feed yourself / children before or after play. NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED! (Like and dislike at the same time)

The vibe of the area is very neutral, no really loud music playing and most parents sitting down in spot where they can see their kid at a glance.

I typically come on the weekdays due to my schedule, and there is a lot of space for your child to run and play! The restroom is also pretty well kept!

Kids grow up fast! One minute, they're playing at Play City, and the next, they're training to be the next Ninja Warrior! There is a lot less of a crowd due to older children at play, I typically see ~4 to 11 years old children? Not too many older, I would have to say the majority is around 5 - 8 years of age. A perfect place to relax and a great place for your child to expend all the energy they have until dinnertime!

The video is originally 1 minute but cut short. I have posted pricing in the photos and also party pricing! Thank you and stay safe out there!

Edit: 08SEP2024, Sunday. I came and the staff working at 4pm did NOT enforce the times for children. Children with time stamps ending at 3:20 were still here and the parents didn't care and after informing the staff, the man I spoke with pulled out a walkie talkie and then didn't do anything. Clearly did not care and definitely would like the owner to check the quality of workers here to ensure the policies are being upheld. I did not appreciate being told something was being done to nothing happening. Until that is fixed this place definitely gets a lower rating. Please...
