Title: Disappointing Experience at Sky Zone Chula Vista: A Customer's Perspective. My name is Omar and this experimented is regarding my father Mohamed. As a loyal member of Sky Zone Chula Vista for the past six months, I am disappointed to share my negative experiences with the establishment. On two separate occasions, my family and I were treated poorly by some of the employees, leaving us feeling unwelcome and unwanted. This review aims to shed light on the incidents that transpired and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by certain staff members. First Incident: The initial occurrence took place on unspecified date, where my family and I were treated horribly. The specific details surrounding this incident remain with us because I didn’t want to make it a big deal for the fist time because I usefully give people a benefit of doubt, but the negative encounter left a lasting impact on our overall perception of the business. Second Incident was today July 1st, 2023. On July 1st, 2023, at approximately 8:00pm, my brother-in-law was unfairly treated and subsequently kicked out of the establishment. He was attempting to explain his situation to the manager, Makaelah Gibson, when two young security guards intervened. Shockingly, one of the security guards provoked my brother-in-law by suggesting he catch an attitude with the manager, which escalated the situation further. In response to this provocation, my brother-in-law uttered an expletive. Instead of attempting to defuse the situation and find a resolution, the manager immediately sided with the security guards, instructing my brother-in-law to leave without any efforts to reconcile or smooth things over. Attempted Purchase: Before leaving, my brother-in-law requested to purchase socks for his three-year-old son so that the rest of the family could still enjoy their time at Sky Zone. Surprisingly, the employees denied his request, stating that they did not want his money and insisted he leave. Despite this, my brother-in-law persisted, emphasizing that the rest of the family would continue to stay. Eventually, the manager reluctantly gave permission for the purchase. However, throughout this ordeal, the employees made us feel uncomfortable by openly discussing and laughing at our expense. Unprofessional Behavior: Perhaps the most unprofessional incident occurred when the manager, Makaelah Gibson, started dancing as if she were in a club, even lifting her shirt to reveal a tattoo on her stomach. This behavior was completely inappropriate and detracted from the professional atmosphere that one would expect from a business establishment. Conflicting Policies: Furthermore, we sought permission from a security officer to bring outside food into the facility, which was initially granted. However, once we purchased the food and it arrived, the staff abruptly changed their stance, stating that outside food was not permitted. We informed the manager about the prior approval we had received, but she insisted we leave the premises. This inconsistency in policies left my family feeling unjustly treated, especially knowing that other individuals had brought in food without any objections. Conclusion: In light of these unfortunate incidents, I implore the corporate office of Sky Zone to thoroughly investigate the situation. By reviewing the security camera footage, they will be able to witness the treatment my family and I endured. It is disheartening to feel unwelcome and unwanted in a place that my children love. It is my sincere hope that the management addresses these concerns and takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service, ensuring a more positive and inclusive experience for all patrons.

I went with my 25 yr old little brother (light skinned black), 30 year old brother (big guy), my sister in law (mixed, but looks Latin) with my her 2 yr old son (looks like a black mixed kid) as well as myself (black and Mexican) and my 2 year old son (mixed light skinned). As soon as my 30 yr old brother, darker guy, walks into the trampoline area they told my brother he wasn't allowed to wear his hat. There is no rule saying you can't wear hats! As we walked up to the area for toddlers, were we were told that only one parent per child could be in the area with the child. Then my 25 yr old little brother was told he could not be in the area at all so he decided to jump in the square in front of the toddler area and he was then told he was now allowed to go in the toddler area with the rest of us. The guy, who refused to give his name (pictured), said that we could jump with our kids after that. So all of us adults were literally jumping up and down in our own little individual square then the "manager" Brandon Ugo came to tell us our options! We were told that our options were to stand on the side and watch the children jump, leave the kids there and jump on the other side or bring our 2 year old children to the big kid side and risk them getting knocked over! They were extremely rude and I feel that they targeted us because of our race! I will never go there again! The worst part is we were all just there for my sons 2nd birthday party March 4th and they didn't have any of these rules! Worst experience ever!!

Pros: • Newer equipment than past years I have been here. • You get to jump and still have some fun! But... Cons: • Cleanliness on floors. Mentioned in past comments when has this floor been properly cleaned. Understanding many people walking around but trash piling up after the 1 and a half hours being here is quite lazy. • THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD!!! On a SATURDAY NIGHT ( other than Lay's chips, candy and certain soft drinks). NO Pizza, Nachos, Pretzels, Hot Dogs and ect... People were complaining about having to leave and get their own pizza and bringing I back. • In comparison to Jump Around, Skyzone is quite small especially for the amount of people they allow in the building. • The workers don't pay attention and didn't enforce rules as many children were smacking into each other from running across every platform as fast as they can. Workers talking amongst each other and looking busy instead of making sure the children are playing safely and still having fun. You can see with the Security just playing on his phone out front and the other chatting with other for over 10 minutes. We walked passed them and the security on the left was on his phone for a bit. I used to come here a lot with my daughters but seems like I have to wait a little but until certain things are fixed. Safety is definitely number one and throughout my experience today seems like Jump Around would be the better option for a trampoline park. Stay safe out there guys!

We were elite members with Skyzone. Last Saturday I wasnt sure if I wanted to start back so i bought two tickets on groupon. We got there at 8:15pm they were sold out.The guy at the front door asked if we had our tickets.I said ya. He said come back at 9:15 & we'd be let in.So we went to eat.came back at 9:15.The guy let us in.went to the front desk to get our wristbands & Jordon/lead helped us.He said our groupn ticks were no good. Now we could not jump until 10.that would been almost 2 hours of waiting for them 2 close at 11.so 2hr wait for 1 hour of jump?in addtion jordan/lead said we'd have to purchse neon shirts for $8ea in order 2 jump.$16 more just to jump for 1 hour & remaining 30 mins we'd have to come back for another day?i said Jordon does this seem fair to you? He says well to be honest i can not accommodate your groupon ticketz today 2 begin with. But as a courtesy i am going to honor groupn tix but only if u wait another 45 mins.im letting u jump for 1 hour when were sold out & still willing to give you the remaining 30 mins another day.jordan acted like he was doing me a favor. Then he says your groupn ticket states "neon not included".what in the world is neon? i had no idea what neon was or that it was a new thing there. The "neon" wording on groupon is vague.Neon what? It just says "neon not included" thats it, nothing more, nothing less.I says 2 jordan how am I suppose to know what "neon" is? We are past elite members.ive never heard of this.Im like we already waited 1hr due to all this miscommunication.u know what he says....Thats between you & groupon.the misunderstanding has nothing to do with us.he says had i went to the skyzone website i could see the Capacity would of known ahead of time u were sold out b4 we drove over.then says even if i went online to their website i would not have been able to by tickets for that day because they dont sell "neon" tickets on your website.I can only by neon in person.HOT MESS!!!Jordan was making it seem like were trying buy tixs 2 sold-out Beyonce concert.we wasted so much time with nothing to show for it. My kids were super bummed. The team lead did not even try to offer any sort of courtesy accommodation for the inconvenience and made it seem like it was all my fault like i should of known.I can only imagine this happened 2 others.Groupn shouldnt even be selling your tix.seemed like a huge scam! You just want our money at any cost and dont care about our family or a monthly membership. how could u do this to your monthly members just over a florecent light night?what about those whos accounts u debit each month?or return customers who purchase random entry on a...

I'd like to report the fraudulent charge from the Skyzone located at 851 Showroom Pl, Chula Vista, CA 91914.

I bought the two-month membership from Skyzone in Chula Vista, Ca 91914. They let me know at that time that there will be recurring charges until I canceled the membership. And I intended to keep the membership for 2 months only.

After the second month's charge, I called Skyzone 20 days ahead before the due date and told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They said it's too early to cancel it and called back again a few days before the due date. So I called them again several days before the due date. This time, I was notified that I could not cancel my membership over the phone and I had to come in person.

So I went there in person on the same due date in the late afternoon. The attendant at the customer service let me cancel my membership and took my membership card and said they will discard it. I even asked them if there won't be any more recurring charges, and they said yes.

But a week after, when I checked my credit card's account, I was charged for the next month. So I called Skyzone and talked with the manager. She said my card was automatically charged in the morning of the day that I cancelled. And I cancelled it in the afternoon. So they said the charge was in effect and they couldn't give me the refund. Then I said if you still charged me for the next month even though you let me cancel it, let me use the service for that month that I was charged. They said they can't let me use the service either because it was already cancelled.

In summary, I went there in person and requested to cancel my membership on the due date. They agreed and canceled it and discarded my membership card. But they still charged me for that month even though it was canceled. And they refused to give me the refund back for the recurring charge. When I asked them to let me use the service if they didn't want to give me the refund back, they refused to let me use the service for what I was charged.

These people like to twist around the information they gave to the customer without fully disclosing the information ahead. Be aware when you sign up for the recurring charges with your...
