My girls (8 and 11) attended different camps here. They strongly disliked their experiences. They felt there was A LOT of tv time for a STEM camp (Their words!!!). The schedule that we were given wasn't followed very well and in general it felt like the staff was untrained and disorganized. One of my daughters has to have gluten free food. When I called ahead, they offered NOTHING to substitute the snacks or Friday Pizza lunch. These things matter so much to kids with food allergies! It was so disappointing to have them not even make an effort. On Wednesday, they finally found her a snack that would work - but only checked with me AFTER she ate it. That's concerning to say the least! On Friday, I brought her lunch at their scheduled time, but no one else was eating yet. The staff really made it seem like a burden to have ME bring the lunch! All in all, the girls really did not like their experience there. There were some staff members who they did like and maybe 1/4 of the activities were okay. I wanted so badly for this to be a better experience for us. I hope they get better training and organization for future...

We would love to book with The STEM Lab again in the future and recommend them to all parents of STEM-loving kids. Chelsea was an excellent coordinator for this, and we hope to work...

She helped us pull off everything smoothly, and she kept the kids engaged and interested throughout the planned activities that she facilitated. I was really impressed, and I also heard a lot of positive feedback from parents of attendees....
