Planning a wedding can be both exciting and overwhelming, but choosing The International Event Venue for our reception was hands-down the best decision we made. From the moment we walked in and met Harry, we felt confident and cared for. He immediately understood our vision and guided us with professionalism, warmth, and reassurance throughout the entire process. After touring multiple venues, it was clear that this was the one, not just for its stunning space, but because of the incredible team behind it. Special thanks to Tommy, who went above and beyond to bring our ideas to life. He was attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, handling everything from décor to timing with grace and precision. On the day of our wedding, the setup was flawless: walking into the space took our breath away. It was exactly what we imagined… and more. We’re also so grateful for the amazing vendors recommended through the venue: 🎥 Ana Maria (videographer) – captured the day with emotion and artistry 📸 Isaiah (photographer) – made us feel so comfortable and caught every meaningful moment 🎶 DJ Farith – kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night Each one contributed to making the day truly unforgettable. To Harry, Tommy, and the entire team: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You gave us a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we’ll forever be grateful.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not one is because decorations wise everything was beautiful. But as a bride this place was the worst to encounter with. I booked this place back in 2019. When they were back at the plaza. Communication is horrible. They did not tell me they moved at all. And Harry would say one thing while Stacy and Carmen will say something else. I am a pretty organized person, so organized I gave them a copy of everything. And they switched things up on my last min without any communication of why and how they would accommodate things. Not only did they book an event the same day. The day of the wedding Evan was amazing event manager but Kim on the other hand YELLED AT MY SISTER. The day of the event. Stating valet was required when on the contact ( yes I have a copy) it states it’s complementary which means optional and not only that, I spoke to Carmen and Stacy saying Bridal party do not need to use valet. Which they agreed. Not only did Kim YELL at my sister she yelled at the limo driver and stuck her hand in his face. ( yes I have a statement from him to) and she yelled at me (The Bride). Not only did she ruin my day she ruin it for everyone. My whole bridal party witness what happen. She doesn’t not have customer service skills what so ever idk why she works there. I demand an apology not only from her but from the whole venue for not doing their job correctly. Let’s start off with the only good thing about this place decoration was nice - Definitely not worth the money that my brother spend on my niece sweet 16 . Staff is horrible not well prepared, not even dressed well for the event! cocktail hour?? Do they event know what that means ?? Not sure because - they had all the guess standing and serving soda on plastic cups like are you serious!!!!!! For the amount of money this place charge. Food was terrible. Customer service definitely 0/10 rude and so unprofessional . DJ terrible playing repeated songs after we share to change the music because we was tired of listening to the same exact music over and over , it honestly kill the vibe of the party , I honestly had to go over like 10 times and even complain to a different staff. I honestly wish we would had made a better selection before attending to this place . Mind you we drove all the way from Orlando , family members and friends came from out of state to attend the party because it was a special family event . However if you are thinking about having an event DO NoT BOOK HERE please take my advice, I never take the time to write reviews like this . I am not sure how they have 4.9 starts … so don’t waste your time .
