we are so happy that we found saltenas chasqui since it is very hard to find bolivian food in the u.s. unless you are in the virginia area or i am at my cunados (in-laws) house. we ordered saltenas, mocochinchi, and some cheese empanadas for dessert. everything was great, my cubano and gringo friends loved the saltenas which they had never had before. ceemar and his family were very friendly and we enjoyed speaking with them. they have a food truck and are cooking at their home as they are searching for a new location for their store due to flooding from the 2 hurricanes at their old location. we picked up our order at their house. it was a long drive for us, about 50 miles, but it was definitely worth the trip. we will be back and also plan on ordering food for for the holidays. if you have never had a saltena, you are in for a treat. once you have a saltena, you will never want to settle for "just an...

Then we ordered for lunch 3 peanut soup, 2 chicharron and 2 silpnacho for 11 people, it was enough food to share between all of us, everything was very tasty, great llajua hot sauce too.
