The Cohoes falls is one of the most under advertised natural wonders within minutes of most capital district cities. It is a must see magnificent force of power that help to build the industrial revolution in small towns like Cohoes in the 1800s. There are two overlooks, an old one near the powerhouse and one built by the power company that allows you to cross over the power canal and get very close to the falls and even descend stairs to the base of the falls when conditions...
