Bronner's is purely only about business and money.
I visited Bronner's on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were very very busy. This is an annual trip I make to purchase personalized ornaments for my grandchildren. My oldest being 17. As well as family ornaments for my children. My children and grandchildren look forward to these every year.
Unfortunately for me I wasn't feeling 100% and the store was extremely crowded due to the holiday. The young lady that was to paint the names on the ornaments I could barely hear. I listed the names that went on each ornament, and from my perspective it looked as if she wrote them correctly. It took her nearly an hour to complete the seven ornaments.
Once she finished I was feeling even worse. I made my way to the checkout, made my purchase and went home. They sent me with boxes to box up the individual ornaments. They used to this there. The register line was surprisingly small, so I didn't know what the rush was.
When I got home I discovered three of the ornaments had the wrong spelling of common names. Brooke being one of them. I am very crafty myself, and rather than drive another 3 hours to fix them I tried at home. *I have done this before with errors made at Bronner's and it was fine. Unfortunately, this time it took off the paint from the ornament themselves. One I could fix the other I could not.
The only thing Bronner's offered to do to make it right was for me to drive 3 hours so they could put an "e" on Brooke.
So here I am doing a Google review. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will either purchase on line or make my children and grandchildren their yearly Christmas ornaments myself. I have shared this stress with others and they thought given what you pay Bronner's should have been more responsive.
In addition to that mix up I purchased three packages of ornaments. One bulb was broken in the package and I couldn't see it until I got home. And one of their custom bulbs was broken at the top.

I have celebrate with the Christmas spirit through various activities they have attended but today of all days the most unusual happen the entire city of Frankenmuth lost power and it just froze the entire store. With my natural big mouth, I was able to stand by the West End men’s room door, helping the employees broadcast to the public they could hear my voice that the power was out eventually, we found it be the whole city and that they were trying to get the generator is working on the building so as a former EMT is part of my merge management training I had learned years ago through various activities through Red Cross through the actual state department, Homeland security and President Secret Service activities that I’ve been able to develop bank management plan so come tuition. I just opened my big mouth. Tell people who’s going on. They were very courteous. They were non-panicking and they listened and employees did a great job. personally I pray that people remember God‘s 10 Commandments, especially the commandment thus show steel finders symbol of Christmas of a great faith and for the love of Jesus, but it’s also a place where you can purchase gifts for giving not for Take and I hope that people remembered while they were in the situation not to steal or take advantage of this wonderful company that has been serving our state country for years my love to everybody at Bronner‘s are my special appreciation as they’ve helped me be part of Sanders’s helpers over the years and I’m just so grateful for them that I hope they continue many money many more years. Read moreBronner's is a must-see store! This largest Christmas store in the world is mass organized chaos. While it is extremely busy, the staff are pretty efficient. We went on the second Saturday of December, and it was packed with thousands of people. There were literally buses of people coming to shop. Even though this place is HUGE, it was filled wall to wall with people. If you are impatient or CLAUSEtrophobic (pun intended), I'd suggest you come on a weekday that is not in December.
There are tons of Christmas gift options. Our family especially loves the personalized Christmas stockings and ornaments. It is about an hour wait. Personalized ornaments you have to wait in line, but for personalized stockings you can just pick out a stocking, fill out a form and leave it at the desk, go checkout the rest of the store, and return later for your items.
They have so many ornaments, basically there is something for everyone. They have a section of sports logo items (Detroit Tigers, Lions, Michigan, Michigan State, etc.). They also have holiday lights, Santa suits, Precious Moment figurines, Christmas attire, kids' toys, and more.
My boys got to see Santa in store (in Section 3). The line was very efficient and you could shop while you waited for your turn. They don't have a photographer, but Santa's helper will take photos with your phone or camera, which is nice so you can get in for a family photo. Plan to spend a couple of hours or more here! It's such an awesome experience...as long as you...
