I was applying for a green card for my wife and my friend recommended attorney Alex Chen. It has been a pleasant experience working with Alex and his assistant Joy from day one.

Alex started by explaining the overall processes required for the application to us. Joy then followed up by explaining the documents required and helping us get all the documents prepared. For every document we sent to Joy, she thoroughly checked it making sure it met the requirements. Once all required documents were there, Alex then conducted a thorough review to make sure everything is in order. I called the office to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone asked my case situation then told me that she will call me back to schedule an appointment after talking with the lawyer.

I waited for three days with no response. I called the office to do a follow up, same lady answered the phone and told me the same thing as first time I called.

I then waited another four days still with no response. I called the office again to do a 2nd follow up, was told the lawyer wasn’t in the office by the same lady who I talked earlier and she said the same thing AGAIN they will call me back to set the appointment date.
