Garden Fresh Farmer's Market农夫市场 — Attraction in City of Industry

I used to love going here maybe almost weekly but now i have cut how many times I have gone to this store. The only reason why I still go to this farmers market because it's convenient to me but that's about it. They have significantly increase their fruits and vegetables prices and many times, their fruits ended up being spoiled and rotten and they still sell to their customers. Today's experience made me question if my family should continue spending our money to this supermarket because one of the employee that was restocking tofu today on 11-01-2025 at around 11:30-12:10pm, not only was he rude but he was very uneducated. I was picking out oranges and guarding the cart and he just completely pushed my cart away without telling me if i can move my cart nicely. I would understand if I left my cart unattended but this time, I didn't. I was right there, standing behind the cart. Almost had my hands on the cart. He could've hurt my arms but luckily, he didn't because if he did, I would sue him and this company. In addition to this incident, I witnessed that same employee yelled at one of the buyer who was buying a lot of tofu and he yelled at her for no reason. This is no way of treating the customer. Who cares if that customer bought a lot of tofu? He doesn't have the rights to yell at her. The customer didn't even do anything wrong. She was simply picking out the tofu and did not even open the box but the employee yelled at her. And I tried reporting to the manager today but that didn't pan out either. The manager was only concern if the cart "hurt" anybody. Mind you, I was not blocking anybody. They could've simply told me to move my cart since I was clearly standing there and not deaf. If they asked me nicely, I would have no problem move my cart. The manager needs to take LEADERSHIP & SENSITIVE TRAINING class. Both the manager and the employee needs to take customer service class because both of the people seem very uneducated. The farmers market is always crowded no matter what time...

I visited this place for the first time recently & it was like an immersion into Eurasian culture! 😃 I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything they advertised was easily found, the items were clearly priced, their produce & meat products are of high quality & all of the dry goods were within a 'milestone' of the expiration date! 👍 Kudos, G. F.! This, is of a very great importance, when dealing with merchant's & grocer's who have little to no conscience; when making a profit supersedes all else; including giving consumers quality products @ reasonable prices! Garden Fresh isn't like that! I found the prices very competitive & the products they sell are of good quality. The kind that makes u feel comfortable sharing with & cooking for ur family & loved ones! Also, there workers are very helpful & honest with u when asking them for any help. They were friendly & aptly communicative, in their own sweet cultural way. This store is more like a leftover market. Produce especially, the products are what other store's reject or leftover. Anything but fresh. You get what you paid for. Beware of items here, check the expiration dates for your own safety.

We have been a customer of this establishment since the business started at Golden Springs location and regularly frequent the Gale location (previously Toys R Us store). Today, March 8, we again visited the Gale store at around 4:00pm. While we were selecting for Kent mangoes, we were trying to select mangoes from the middle pile as many on the top were bad looking. Suddenly we were pushed from behind by a store staff, and said "no picking, no picking"

So we were not allowed to pick to our satisfaction? Just grab the rotten mangoes? Anyway, we left the store seconds later. Simple solution, we will never frequent this business again, we tolerated the quality of especially the produce because of price before, we got what we paid for after all but not will not tolerate a arrogant business after it grew in size.
