I want to give a 0-star if I could! Terrible Experience ā Never Coming Back!
I honestly wonder if those good reviews are real because I have never had milk tea this bad!
I ordered two drinks from Hungry Panda at 2:07 PM and the app said theyād be ready by 2:27 PM. For a milk tea shop, a 20-minute prep time is already longer than average, but I thought maybe theyāre new and busy, so I didnāt mind waiting. But guess what? I didnāt get my drinks until 2:45 PM!
The worst part? I stood at the counter the whole time, asking about my order multiple times. The staff kept telling me, āNot ready yet,ā but in the end, my drinks had been sitting in a pile of packed bags! I wasted so much time for no reason.
Special mention to the front staff May ā she was polite, smiled, and kept apologizing, but honestly, she needs better training. There were so many drinks in front of her, and she looked completely overwhelmed. She didnāt know how to check orders efficiently, didnāt inform customers when drinks were ready, and made the whole waiting time even worse. The owner seriously needs to improve staff training.
And now, the drinks themselves⦠I donāt even know where to begin. I tried the Strawberry and Taro drinks because so many reviews recommended them. Let me tell you what I actually got: strawberry-flavored water and taro-flavored water ā thatās it. No richness, no creaminess, no tea taste at all. I felt nauseous and threw them both away.
Summary: ⢠Overhyped and misleading reviews ⢠Unprofessional and inefficient staff ⢠Extremely long wait time ⢠The worst-tasting milk tea Iāve ever had
This is my first and last visit. Trust me, you can find way better milk tea anywhere...

Auntea Jenny is a boba shop originated from China and it has many stores worldwide. I heard of this place before but never tried it until today and the drinks ( milk tea ) gave me a very good impression and boba experience.
They are not fancy with different gimmick but instead just a boba shop with some bold images that represent it. Parking there can be a hassle if you park near the street. Parking the home depot parking lot will be a little better but still hard to find parking sometimes because the home depot and store nearby can be busy majority of time.
Staff and servers are friendly and it is convenient to order there since they have s kiosk machine. The place is small inside and there is not room to stay there and hang out. On the drink taste and quality, I got the signature red glutinous rice milk tea. They recommended 70% sugar and i love it. Not too sweet, perfect sugar level and it has a decent tea taste. The red glutinous rice is a good alternative option if you are tired of boba and want something new to drink with your milk tea. Perfect combo.
Highly recommend...

If you're a fan of authentic Taiwanese tea, look no further than Auntea Jenny. This cozy little cafe is an absolute treasure ā from the first sip to the last bite, everything here is crafted with care, quality, and an unmistakable sense of Taiwanese tradition.
Their brown sugar boba milk is hands-down one of the best Iāve had ā perfectly balanced sweetness, rich brown sugar flavor, and the boba? Incredibly soft and chewy with just the right bounce. You can tell they prepare it fresh daily.
I also tried their Jasmine Green tea latte and was blown away. Refreshing, subtly sweet, and totally unique ā itās the kind of drink that keeps you coming back. Plus, they offer customizable sweetness and ice levels, which is always a big win for me.
The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. Theyāre happy to offer recommendations and explain the drinks if youāre unfamiliar, which makes the whole experience even better.
The vibe inside is calm and inviting ā clean aesthetic, cozy seating, and the kind of place you could easily spend an afternoon reading or catching up with a friend.
If you haven't tried Auntea Jenny, youāre missing out. It's...
