Parking lot for the falls is kind of small but there is a coffee shop nearby for you to caffeinate at and it's a short walk from there to the falls. Flow may be variable so plan ahead. Even if it's not really flowing, there are plenty of interesting things to look at. The path down is a little steep and loose stone. Those with mobility issues, depending on how bad, may have a hard time. Would not recommend using motorized scooters. Loose stone of various sizes are strewn all over the creek bed and can make for rough going. You can get right next to the falls, depending on water level. Very easy accessible from parking lot, short walk on slight slope , can be doable by most , not wheel chair accessible , mix of gravel , big stones on the path. Bare foot walk is difficult but you would not need trekking shoes. This place is for everyone. You cannot take bath or touch the water. Water stream seems like a unclean water, also there is lot lead in the stones (as warned in the area) so clean your hand or try to avoid touch the rocks here.
