The first of 5 falls along Falls Creek. The pedestrian footbridge near visitor’s center traverses the Beebe Lake dam and reveals a series of step cascades that lead down to the actual falls. Unfortunately one can not view Triphammer Falls from this bridge but the series of cascading steps and it funneling down to a central spillway is quite interesting. The best viewing platform for this falls is from sidewalk along Thurston Ave bridge.

We were visiting the area from out of town and spent an afternoon checking out the falls right in town. A local was kind enough to give us directions and said the falls weren't much today, but we enjoyed them. I thought maybe she meant they were just a trickle, but they were better than that.

The building is now collapsed so it isn't as cool looking, but still beautiful looking. One fall is down the steps near campus and the other one with the collapsed building you can see by looking down on it from the bridge near campus. Parking is wonky because it has to be on campus.

Inside Cornell University campus! The fall is very scenic and pleasant to eyes. There are few paid parking spot available near the fall. Few trails are available too for walk. Not as high as Ithaca fall though. We had a fun time! Would love to visit again!

The trail to this is situated across the road from the Cornell botanic gardens. It's free to park at the gardens on the weekend so you might as well walk the trail around Beebe lake to see the waterfall. Most of the trail is in the shade.

A nice place. It's a dam like falls cascading down. There is parking available. We couldn't stay in the place for long as it was raining heavily but a nice pedestrian bridge gives you a decent look at the falls.
