I’m a Cornell student who also happens to work at the Cornell store so I order here often because it’s convenient. Their food is decent but the service is insanely slow, I’ve spent half my 15 minute break waiting on an order when its not even peak hours. Also one morning I had one of the adult staff (a blonde lady) scream at me and some other students for waiting for our food at the pick up area even though our buzzers were buzzing. I regularly order matcha lattes from them because they’re the closest cafe to me but they’re so much worse than the one you can get at Libe Cafe @ Olin Library or Goldies. The latte is diluted with milk even when you order regular ice, etc and it isnt worth your money/BRBS.
