I’ve been a loyal customer of Kandel Brothers for over two years and have invested a significant amount with them during that time. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently fallen short of expectations. What’s most concerning is that during this recent incident, not only was the behavior completely unprofessional, but a threat was made toward my business for writing an honest review. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. No customer should be subjected to hostility, let alone have their livelihood threatened. This kind of conduct is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the values and integrity of the company.
That said, I would be more than willing to have a respectful conversation with management if they’re interested in addressing these concerns and making things right. I believe in giving businesses a chance to improve, and I’d be happy to update my review accordingly if meaningful...
