I had an emergency replacement need for a hot water tank . My go to source is usually the Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant. In this case New Rochelle was the only location open. I called on the drive down I spoke to an Awesome person named Dennis. He new what I needed and the warranties that applied. I was lucky enough to find him in the store when I got there. He helped me load it and we were off to the races. I get to the checkout and a really timid and pleasant young lady asks. "Are you installing it yourself ".In my frantic drive down it was the most important detail that didn't occur to me. So I ask her how much is installation? She then looks to the other side of the terminal and calls over Doreen. Doreen also unsure of herself calls in Michael. Michael made a reccomendation that I should call a phone number and Home Depot can assign someone to come over and give me the cost. Doreen then volunteers assistance to help load the appliance into my vehicle but disappeared shortly thereafter. I waited patiently and after becoming frustrated with the wait . I leave the water heater and go back to the doors only to find a combative associate at the door who won't listen to me but continues to repeat the word "closed". I can get over being ignored,mistreated, mislead, and misdirected because I believe in forgiveness. Id usually consider saying nothing as opposed to being negative but I really had a tough time and my wish is that it should be addressed. Came in next day and the associate at the customer service said ti wasn't there it was sent to Yonkers location but the address was New Rochelle. So something in their computer had some sort of disconnect. Instead of helping me figure it out associate kinda just blew me off and told me to call the home depot online (i did, and their end the product was delivered to New Rochelle, they were no help). I asked to speak with a manager, and I ended up just going outside in the parking lot and calling the store to speak with someone. Natasha (i think is her name) was waaaaaay more helpful in trying to located the product i ordered, but still couldn't find it. Next day I called again because i was advised maybe it was being received in overnight. Different supervisor i spoke with put in much effort to find my product and called the vendor/shipping company. My product was sitting there with no details about who it was supposed to go to. Had i not pushed past the associate that was not helpful i would've had to cancel and reorder my product. Which would've pushed my project out another week!? This is not good for my business.
Then when my product was found, it arrived at the store the next day and the supervisor (i can't remember his name) there called me as soon as it came in and let me know it was there and ready for pick up.

Currently have a 30" standard stove and 30" fridge. In the space that was delivered by home depo back in 2017. The guys where talking and measuring the doors and stairs. And said ok we have to remove the packaging went outside I was upstairs talking to tent 10 mins later went to see what they where doing, the guys left! Drove over to depo of course no help solving the problem told me they can't lift the fridge up the stairs because it won't fit? What about the stove? Why didn't they deliver that. Or the fact I had the same exact brand and size appliances upstairs already! Called a moving company said it be 600 to move the appliances and told hd to pay directly to have them moved for me since your store advertised moving and haul away services. Argued for 2h finally said refund me the entire order I'll go else where since they weren't going to return till the 24th a week away to redeliver. Then has the nurve to tell me I can't get a refund until the appliances are returned to store which I don't have nor did I ever see! Caulked fraud department and filed claim against them. And on my way home called homedepo again and put in a return request for a shed I had delivered 2 days ago. Just because I'm petty so now you lost out of a $2100 on appliances sales and $4200 for a shed. I will wait a few days to collect my thoughts before I reach out to corporate...
