Hard pass on this place.

We were never given a return date, and the owner didn’t take down a name or contact info—just asked for cash and sent us on our way. We brought the suit back within 10 days.

When the owner called to check on a late fee (on speakerphone), we overheard a woman say “it’s no problem.” Moments later, he charged us $50 anyway and claimed he was “cutting us a deal.” I questioned it, and he responded with: “I don’t care what you heard. Did your son look good?”

Of course he did. The kid could make a burlap sack look good.

I hope he enjoys the extra dinners he bought with the money he squeezed out of us—may every bite be slightly overcooked and just a little too salty.

Bottom line: dishonest, unprofessional, and rude. We'll be taking our business...

Two years ago I had a last minute New Year’s Eve party that was Hollywood themed after looking around in Rochester and buffalo. I could not find anyone that could get me a red suit jacket within a week so I called Armand’s he had a red suit jacket and a few outfit picked out for me before. I arrived and he didn’t disappoint. He even talked me into wearing a bowtie. I highly recommend this store and service is top notch you will not find a better clothing store anywhere else. Friendly, professional and efficient. These are the best words I can use to describe my experience at Armonds. From the moment I walked in the door until leaving. Never felt pressured or rushed, even as the store began to fill up. I am so excited for my suit and I can not be more thankful. Oh yea, and I paid for a suit, shirt, tie and belt what JC Penney was charging for just a jacket, and it will be tailor fitted to me. You can't beat it.
