Went to see Jurassic world fallen kingdom with my children we get there and the lines out of the door... Okay that's normal. Finally get to buy the ticket and with the massive amount of people at a 2 pm showing first thing I do is ask if there were enough seats for me and my children to sit together? The woman says absolutely there's still 50 seats open. I'm thinking that's awesome okay and I buy the tickets and the Jurassic world popcorn and drinks just to walk in and see there are a total of 3 seats open in different areas now my children are upset so I go to get a refund they refused to give me and refund for the stuff I bought but did give me the ticket money back and we're very rude so now i have popcorn and drinks that I paid extra for but no movie I would never have bought anything if I knew it would be packed and just drove to another theater no problem what so ever but I should of gotten a full refund and I should never of gotten the attitude for something that wasn't my fault very disappointed in my experience at...
Read moreUnfortunately this theater has gone downhill. I have always liked the Rome theater because of the prices compared to Marquee, but the past 3 movies I have been to there have been issues that totally ruined my experience. The issues include, but are not limited to: reclining seats not working/out of order, mislabeled movies which have you sitting in the wrong movie for a few minutes until you figure it out and have to find the correct one which has the wrong label, and terrible sound quality. The surround sound was not working at all during the last movie we went to. My small home sound system sounds much better. You go to the movies for that all immersive experience including feeling the rumble of the bass, so when the audio is broken and it sounds like the audio that comes out of your kitchen TV, it's super disappointing. I'd much rather deal with paying more money for another theater that I know will have working seats and truly great...
Read moreGreat place to see movies!! I was very impressed. Recliner chairs with plenty of leg, arm space. Very clean interior floors, chairs, even the cup holders. Fairly priced for a bucket of popcorn and a large drink plus 2 tickets for the movie "Scary stories to tell in the dark" was only $26.00 bucks. It has smaller viewing area where you sit.. so plan accordingly on time to get there to find a seat. But it does offer multiply movies and times. Popcorn was fresh butter wasnt to loaded on and wasn't super salty. Fruit punch was great. Not watered down. Which is good cause I love fruit punch. Staff was friendly and joked around. Prices are on the higher side for candy, but most theatres are like that. Very pleasant...
