Would give zero stars if I could. Previous Taco Bell employee bad customer experience. Ordered food through the Taco Bell app and every one of our items was made incorrectly. The nacho fries were cold and soggy and were not edible. We had 2 medium iced coffees with our nacho fry boxes and we ordered a large blast freeze, none of them were even delivered. When the delivery driver was asked about drinks they stated they were not given any. After inspecting the food and finding it all incorrect we called Taco Bell directly and while they were willing to remake the food and issue the refund, they were only able to do so if we were able to make it into the store, which was not possible because we have no vehicle and live on the other side of the city. There is no way to have a refund issued through the Taco Bell app. There is only a “feedback forum”. Rome Taco Bell- I appreciate both employees we spoke to for keeping their cool and trying their best to amend the situation. I understand the refund and remaking of the food was out of your hands and you did what you could. However your employees need to be trained to be more aware of their order screens and pay attention to the food they are making. There is absolutely no reason every item in a 10+ item order should be made incorrectly. Human error is understandable but our order was made carelessly. Taco Bell Corporate- your app sucks and needs to be fixed. You also need to figure out a way for your store employees to deal with issues involving mobile orders. We spent almost $50 after the delivery fee and we were unable to eat our food, have it resent to us, or even get a refund so we could order food from somewhere else. Highly disappointed :(
EDIT: After receiving the response from Taco Bell Syracuse(as seen below my review) I was able to connect via email with a representative of the company and they sent a $20 gift card along with a personal apology for the unsatisfactory service. From things as small as forgetting a cup of cheese to disregarding all changes made to an item while simultaneously changing an item that had no changes, to giving me other people's orders. I understand a mistake every once in a while, but every time? I'd rather wait an extra 5 minutes for my order to be right the first time, rather than spending an extra 20 minutes to have things fixed. I shouldn't have had to have the same order fixed twice tonight. It's simple, remove items that people want removed, add ones they added, and actually do extra of what they paid extra for. I get employees come and go, but seriously? Aside from 3 people, I see nothing but problems with the team that's on in the late evenings (7/8pm) thursday-sunday. I told the kid well there's the reason why your dining area is empty and she just ignored me, and we just had to leave because I just didn't want her to get sick and I was freezing. Regional management should know this store is out of wack. when I was young in the 1980s I was a fast food GM for a couple years before getting my MBA and I've never seen a business being this poorly run and staffed as well, it must be costing the franchise a fortune.
