Pizza Hut — Restaurant in City of Rome

I called the Rome NY store and McKenzie answered. McKenzie took my order and made sure it was correct....there was a problem with my cards ( pizza hut system doesn't like any of my cards as I have run into this issue in KY as well) she tried both cards twice and then offered someone else to try them. Bob the manager came on the call and we discussed the issue and Bob came up with a solution to the problem. Bob even called back to make sure the delivery went well and discussed further what might be the issue with my cards and Pizza Hut systems. Overall the experience with this store has been one of the best. That store seems to have great team and great management leadership that tries to find the balance between customer service and protecting their team members. I'm sorry. I want to day better things but I can't. I usually have pizza hut delivered. But today we decided to dine in. This place is so run down. Lost in time from 20 years ago. Worn. The seats in the booths are atrocious. They now only serve bottled soda. No vlue when they stopped bringing cups of soda to you. And the menus made me feel embarrassed for them. I could have made a better looking menu on my computer at home. Seriously. The menus look like someone typed a list in Wordperfect and printed it out and laminated them 20nyears ago. They were in very sad shape. I've always love pizza hut. But when the horse has an unfixable bum leg it's time to do the humane thing and put it out of its misery. I have never had such a bad experience then the one I had last weekend. I got my ordered delivered on Sunday 7/18 and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Cheese on top was not melted, the pizza was cold, the bread sticks were mush! I was horribly disappointed! I had to put the pizza and breadsticks in the oven when I got the order! Not to mention the wait time was 62-72 minutes for delivery. I do not mind waiting for my order BUT for it to arrive that late and uncooked is ridiculous. We barely ate any of the order. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut for sometime due to this experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know, especially if they want to order on a Sunday. Very...
