I have enjoyed this facility up until this point. They handled 2020 very well and the staff has always been really good with us. However, I do feel that there is neglect from the top management. They still have not replaced the broken tiles along the edge of the swimming pool where children's fingers glide across to grip the sides as they swim. My daughter received a deep cut along her finger. I don’t blame the kids working here as they are quick to assist, but I do blame whomever manages/owns this facility. I pay a fee to sit here and watch my kids swim, as do many other adults. There should certainly have been money allocated for repairing the broken tiles years ago. But instead of replacing tiles, there is a new policy in place called the “Wave” device. They require all children 12 and under to wear this device for safety purposes. This should be optional for customers to choose wether or not to use these devices. I would suggest to listen to customers needs and to invest in necessary repairs for safety asap as the broken tiles are a major concern. There was money to purchase the Wave device. There should be money to replace the tiles lining the pool. I’ll delete this review if repairs are made.

Absolute joke. Rented party room for a birthday, $150. THEN they charged every single person to even enter. Not swim, not use any facilities.(including grandparents, relatives) who just came to wish happy birthday. THEN they force any kids who swim to wear a bulky plastic headband so the lifeguards don't have to do their job. THEN they had the audacity to bring us a checklist 30 min before our 2 hours was up with a CLEANING LIST. WHY DID WE PAY 150 IF YOU DO NOTHING.... boycott this place. They suck.

I love this place because of the swimming classes that they offer for the children. They are taught mostly by teenagers, which is pretty cool to see kids teaching younger kids. They have a good system of progressing the students through “waves”. This way they get the basics of water safety and then they advance to different kinds of strokes. It’s been fun to watch my kids participating in the aquatics here.

Our family had a truly dreadful experience here today. We booked a birthday party for my daughter a month ago. We showed up today and they had double booked the room. They offered us an undecorated, ugly, CPR training room instead. Part of the party cost is provided tableware. They had no bowls, spoons, or napkins.

They said they reordered our pizzas from the Domino's Pizza on the same block. It took more than an hour for the pizzas to arrive - and they arrived cold. They said we could have the CPR room for two hours because of the booking mistake, but after an hour and a half another family showed up - their party had also been double booked and they were also relegated to the CPR room.

I went to the front desk to make sure they canceled the party they had mis-scheduled one month later. 0/4 of the staff at the desk knew how to cancel a party. I then tried to schedule a different birthday party for my other daughter. 0/4 of the staff at the desk knew how to schedule a party.

As we were leaving a manager showed up. She did apologize and gave us free passes, but I'm not sure we will even use them. I am flabbergasted at the lack of training of the staff. I was very nice throughout - I never got upset or demanded any money back but we will never plan a party here again. There are so many options for birthday party locations in Utah where you are catered to, treated well, and whose staff is trained to actually do the basics of their job.

The main pool is very fun with a lot of interactive options for kids but is MUCH TOO COLD. My four-year-old's lips turned completely blue after one hour.

I plan on canceling the additional party we booked today and telling everyone we know not to book a party at your business. The lack of service we received and the lack of promised amenities we were given is...

Clearfield Aquatic Center is a great Family place. Swimming lessons for all ages. They have group classes for all experiences and great way to socialize. The instructors are great and work with children amazingly so. They also offer private classes, which I did with my autistic son. You do pay more, but it's worth the Personal one on one. They take safety very seriously and have a new way to prevent drowning with an electronic device that young children, 12 and under, are required to wear. Life guards are amazing and they have four or more life guards always on the watch. They have a slide and a kiddie area to play in. They also have a separate deep pool that you can dive and do laps. They offer exercise classes for adults and great silver sneakers program. They also have a hot tub. During the summer, they have a splash pad and a kiddie pool outside. Clearfield Aquatic Center also has a weight lifting gym, treadmills and bikes and exercise classes like Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, and Spinning. They are very community oriented and offer lots of activities for kids and adults to do. The kids can go into the basketball gym and play basketball and pickle ball. Spring sports like baseball, soccer, and tennis are also offered. They are connected to North Davis Jr. High School so there are time that a section of the gym is closed to the public during the day so students may use the gym. Clearfield Aquatic Center has a Daycare in the back where, if you have young children and would like to work out, you are welcome to purchase a daycare pass and drop your kids off in the morning from 8:45am - 12:30 or 4:45 - 8:00 pm afternoon. Great daycare staff who take safety seriously, engage with your kids, and have Fun with crafts and...

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! So we got there are 7pm because we were at Farmington. It was really like 7:20 ish. And I asked the lady if they had any classes because we want to swim in the pool with the diving board and she's like oh no. It's open until 10. I'm like okay, 3 hours ish not bad. Not for $9 anyways. Well at 7:30 they closed it for old people water aerobics and then we (my niece and I) went outside to sit in the little pool and then some kid pooped. And then we went inside to the lazy pool and we got yelled at for sitting, (Aubrey or Audrey, I can't remember what the life guard said) she was like "you have to keep moving" and we didn't want to get it in anyways because it's was yellower than yellow. It seriously was like they've never cleaned the pool. So we went to the front desk and ask if they did refunds for them closing the pool and we told them everything that happened and they're like oh well let me find the gm and she's a freaking sophomore at my clearfield high. And she's like well the lazy pool is open go swim in that, and we're like go look at it. We didn't even want to touch that water but we had too because we didn't want to waste our money. And this was at 8. And she's like well what time did you get here and I'm like 7:20-7:30 ish. And she's like well... and then we just left because they were annoying I was like seriously we have different color wristbands than everyone else you know what time we got here. It was like 20 or less minutes ago we were just here! But whatever. It was nasty. I've never seen it so bad. And we used to swim in it all the time when I was at the jr high. The water fountains were also absolutely disgusting. Never...
