While we were waiting to get our ice cream at 8:20, one of the two girls working there announced that she was going to lock the door so that no other customers could come in because they had been really busy that day and they were really stressed out so they were going to leave early. We got our ice cream and as we left we saw so many other customers go up and try to get in but couldnât because the door was locked. I placed the order on line and called back. I was left on hold because the person who answered the phone wasnât the original person I talked to, she couldnât help me... I waited for a bit until the other girl got on the phone... Came time to pick up the cake and it didnât even say happy birthday on the cake... They said they thought it would look better writing it on the inside of the box since my cake was too âsmallâ... Thatâs funny because now I have a cake with the birthday writing on the top of the cake with no problem. Only since I complained... Customer service here is terrible...
