Hey Alexa, You won’t find my name in your registry as a customer that attended one of your classes. I am the customer that reached out to you over a week ago regarding a mix up with $300 in gifts cards, that my mother in law accidentally bought for your studio. I called to have it transferred to my local studio (which is in Jupiter Fl and has a 5 star review from me) I also sent you an email. You said you would get back to me but never did. So my mother in law reached out, and you gave her a hard time when she tried to have the gift cards transferred and then asked for a refund since you were less than helpful. She said dealing with you was a horrible experience, and she was just trying to transfer the cards so I could use them at my local studio. So your customer care and service sucks, and when someone made an honest mistake, you tried to capitalize on it. This way of doing business is less than honest.
