I’m a little conflicted writing this review. Because we did enjoy the items we ordered but we did not enjoy our experience.

We stopped in today and ordered breakfast bagels. Upon entering I was a little put off. The place looked like it needed a good deep clean. There was crumbs and debris all over the floors and their bagel display rack looked like it needed a good clean as well. There is much more I noticed but you get the point.

The lady at the counter was so friendly and nice but while ordering, I heard a cling sounding like something dropped on the floor. I looked over afterwards and noticed that one of the workers that was making orders was looking at a bread knife almost as if they were inspecting it before wiping it off with a towel on the counter - reinspecting it - shrugging their shoulders and then started cutting another bagel.

Now I want to be clear, I have no idea if this worker dropped the knife or if the cling sound was unrelated and they were just making sure no other bagel debris was on the knife from their last cut. But like I said, it really put me off considering I was already unsure about the cleanliness of this location.

Regardless of all of that, we were so hungry that we decided to eat our order anyways. Honestly…. My sausage and cheese bagel tasted great. I would probably rank it in the top 5 of all sausage bagels that I’ve ever tried.

With all of that being said, we won’t be back. I just really wish we had a better experience here because I would have loved to come back to try more...

Bagel Bros cafe Clermont. Bad experience this morning, I’m not one to rant here as they say but I feel compelled. Went there this morning and while two people were helping 1 customer with her dozen bagel and pretty much in la la land whole one was filling up the counter with bagels, the person whom was doing that and help the other person asked me if I had ordered, I said no not yet. She then just went about doing something else. The guy that was assigned the other customer with the dozen bagels who clearly saw me standing there in front of the counter, once done with the customer asked another person who came after me if he had ordered already, he said yes and the. Helped him ahead of me, then when finished asked another person who also came after me and proceeded to help him. I said to him, hello… I have been standing here for a while. He went on to say, I thought you were just looking at the menu. I said yes but I was waiting for you to finish. He then said I should have Ben on the right of the counter. Im like so you don’t acknowledge customers in front of you if they’re not on the right side of the counter? Wow. Bad bad service. I’ve been there a few times, but this was the last time. I had to walk out after that, I didn’t order. Shame on you how to take care of people coming in to support...

Clermont has been in need of a place like this. Went there this morning to try it out and overall I was happy with the food and service. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was the menu pricing isn't very clear about breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and homefries and was charged a la carte roughly $5.00 for the sandwich and $1.99 for the homefries. I think the total with tax was something like $7.49. While I was waiting for my food I was looking over the menu and on the first page under "Freshly Made Breakfasts" 2 eggs with bacon, ham, or sausage and potatoes with either bagel, toast, or roll is $5.29. So I was just trying to figure out why the $2.00 difference? Is it the cheese? Seems a bit excessive if that's the case. Not sure how many eggs were on the sandwich but it was good. Potatoes were cooked well, could've used a little more seasoning. Hopefully they will straighten out the menu to include breakfast sandwich pricing or if it was just a mistake then hopefully it will be corrected. Overall I was happy with the experience and will go back. Hope things continue to go well for them as a startup during these...

NY style bagels remind me of those cold mornings in New York with a hot bagel in hand. Stopped in for the first time this AM and they were busy which I love to see for any Clermont place. The service was fantastic and the crew was really on their game. Prices and variety were still good despite it being 9 AM. Normally I go to New York bagel and deli in downtown Winter garden but wanted to try this place as I've heard good things. I ordered the asiago bagel (see picture) and I was amazed at the lack of asiago cheese on the bagel. I didn't want to judge before I tried it thinking maybe there was cheese in the bagel itself, but there is not. The lack of flavor from this bagel was really disappointing. I'm not sure what type of asiago cheese they use but the little amount that was on it had zero flavor when I ate it. I could have bought a Lenders bagel from Publix and sprinkled a tiny amount of asiago cheese on it and got better flavor. If you're halfway between Claremont and Winter Garden, The choice is honestly pretty easy. The everything bagel with asiago cheese in Winter garden actually has flavor and so much cheese you'll see what I'm talking about. I won't be back.
