Paid around 6k for bed that feels like an air mattress. Originally purchased because I was about to have back surgery and thought I needed something to adjust as I recover. The adjustments were nice, being able to move the head and feet and firmness is why I purchased with the nice sales team. I wasn’t sure if the uncomfortable part was my back or the bed but my wife hates it too. We are in our 30s and can’t get a good night sleep. So I stopped by the Clermont store where I originally purchased to see what options I had in terms of getting something less like an air mattress. They said call customer care and they will send you a mattress topper for free. I asked to sit on the bed I bought in the store and It felt decent, but felt nothing like I have at home. I had to call customer service anyways because my bed won’t hook to internet to record my sleeping. So I called about that and 1.5 hours later they can’t walk me through it. They said get a new wifi network. I said everything else in my house works and I haven’t changed anything. No tech to send out either to resolve. Guess my phone won’t record my discomfort. When I called about the free topper, the wifi tech had to transfer me to comfort team, they said no no, you got bad information, best we will give you is 1/2 off, not free. You’ve had the bed too long. (Less than a year at this point) Anyways I’ve never felt like I wasted so much money. It’s midnight and I can’t get my air mattress comfortable so I typed my review. Defiantly can’t tell you my sleep number bc I haven’t been connected since March. ???? I’ll sell you mine at discount...
Read moreReally NICE people that sell the mattress to you, they really now how to sell, the real problem is the quality of the product.
I have this mattress for around 3 years and I can guarantee that is comfortable but to sleep alone, you can fill ANY vibration at the mattress, so if my wife moves shake all the mattress, at the time we complain about and they change the base for us, don't worked, they did all just to win time because when reach the amount of the days that you can't return, they NEVER answer more.
Now with 3 years we changed and now we can fill the difference, we can move during the night again without shake all the mattress, waste of money, during this 3 years we keeping losing pressure need to change the % of the air to low and later return to the right amount because the mattress lose air and became more soft.
With 3 year you can fell that the place that we sleep is considerably lower than the rest of the mattress, and we are not fat, the lady that sold to us promised at least 10 year, don't happened. Unzipper the mattress to check inside, it's just a big "ballon" with a really SMALL foam!
So I'm just here to say that they really know how to sell, but they need to add a LOT of quality to the mattress, because it is not...
Read moreMy wife and I went into the Clermont store and was greated by Kellye. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately had us laying down on the first bed to determine the number for each of us. Then she had us try all the beds we were interested in and discussed each. We never felt pressured and offered any information we asked for. She was truly amazing and my thoughts all through the experience was very positive. We narrowed it down ot one of two mattresses and she let us try them again. Only after makeing a decision did she tell us that she was the store manager and she infact had the same bed at home that we decided on and had it for 11 years and very pleased with it. Like always after making the big decision we are anxiously waiting for delivery of our bed. We both feel like we made a new friend in Kellye and after sleeping on out new bed for a few days will stop in and report our findings to her. Needless to say we highly recommend Kellye so if you go to the store ask if Kellye is available I'm sure you will be very pleased you did. Thanks...
