Every aspect of the store is 10/10. The store is always clean, and the customer service is really nice. Mr. Sam, the clerk, always has a smile on his face and is always patient with the customers. Being in west Cleveland, sometimes you get some weird people coming in. Once you have been in the store a couple of times, he will remember your name and have a friendly conversation with you. Butcher Momin is very knowledgeable and professional. He has been a butcher for almost 20 years. His machinery is very clean, and all his meat is stamped and certified halal. First time visiting the store today. I was surprised how clean and well arranged this store was. Usually the ethnic stores I have been to are jam packed with stuff and it is hard to find things, but this store was very organized. I enjoyed walking and shopping there. I couldn’t find much Iranian stuff I was looking for, but I found some Arabic stuff I enjoy. I love the smell of Arabic spices. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience and the owner/salesperson was very kind and welcoming. He gave my daughter a candy and made her day. She was giggling all the way home.
