My five stars is primarily given to the people who work there. I may have seen three people there they’re very short staffed at this Burger King. The food is always perfect. I’m telling you it’s made the right way. The people who work there are very friendly. they know that they’re behind. They know that they’re so short staffed that they can’t even have a drive-through at the same time as people coming into the dining room area to order. I work a click away from this place and every single time that I’ve ordered food from there. It’s been perfect. I commend all of the people that work there and there’s not very many of them. Hopefully, the people that work for the Burger King company will read this review and offer all of you the help that you need to be more productive with the drive-through window, etc. the area around this Burger King is Not pleasant it’s a very blue-collar neighborhood. But the food is great and that’s why I go there. I do not eat fast food on a regular. It’s like a once in a timer, but I’ll definitely go to the Burger King when I...
Read moreThis must be the worst Burger King in all of Cleveland. I came into the store today to get breakfast. A young lady looked directly at me and proceeded to go to the back of the kitchen. I stood at the front counter waiting for 5-7 minutes listening to the other employees complaining about their job. These other two employees looked at me too but I guess their conversation was more important. My husband came from the filthy bathroom (which had toilet paper all over the floor and smelled something awful) asked them if someone was working the front counter. After 10 minutes the same young lady comes to the front. I asked her why did she go in the back if she saw me trying to put my order in? She started rolling her eyes and wagging her finger at me saying she didn't see me and she was not going to take my order and walked to the back cursing at me. To say the least I was flabbergasted! The manager came to the front counter to take my order and apologized for her employee's unprofessional behavior, I told her nevermind I didn't trust them to...
Read moreStopped there this morning at about 8:55. There was a line at the drive through so I walked in, was the only customer in the place. I patiently waited for 5 min. for someone to greet me. An older gentleman with a long blond pony tail walked by twice and didn't even look at me. Another that was making sandwiches saw me but didn't say anything. Another working the drive through window, who was dressed different and could have maybe been the manager also ignored me. So I got his attention and he told me that I would be better off going through the drive through. Not good. I was literally standing right there and he couldn't be bothered with me to take my order. I suppose the drive through is a priority but people in the building not so much. So, I actually ended up going around the corner to Dunkin on W.117th, right before getting on I90. I was quickly greeted by a very friendly gentleman. As I waited for my food I though to myself "no wonder all of the BKs are closing'..their employees don't care about...
