I was referred to CLE Signs to have a graphic placed on the hood of my Jeep. I placed my order, paid my deposit, and set an installation date. Prior to installation, the owner and I discussed also adding the graphic to the back side windows... this was agreed upon and added to my receipt as perforated vinyl. When I picked up my vehicle, the window application was solid vinyl and when I inquired as to why, it was justified by saying that "perf" wouldn't be as vivid so I didn't argue the substitution... although it was made without any consultation with me, the customer. Two (2) days after my installation I noticed that the vinyl was lifted along the front edge of the hood. I took it back to the business, and was informed that it would not lift... although it had already begin to lift. Begrudgingly, it was replaced. Approximately a month later, the graphic on the window started to lift at some areas that came to a point. I again went back to the business and again, was advised that it wouldn't lift... although it was lifted. When I asked what a solution was to the lifting as this was not what I originally ordered, it was rudely stated to me that "perf costs more", to which I responded that is what my receipt said I paid for... yet I never asked for a refund for the product that I was advised cost more. The individual that I was speaking to was again, very rude and condescending... yet I'm the problem when I respond in kind. At this time I spoke to the owner who advised that they would place a piece of clear vinyl over the existing graphic to avoid any further lift; which was agreeable to me. I also addressed the way that I had been spoken to and was advised that "may have been because I was happy when I left". Which I absolutely was until things were lifting. I took the jeep to have the clear vinyl that we agreed upon, but then had "perf" installed.
In any relationship communication is key; and if there were to be any further changes to what the customer's understanding of the contract was, that should have been discussed prior to making any further changes. When customer drew attention to the miscommunication or lack thereof, that too was an issue. My advice as a customer, is to stick with what the invoice is written for and all problems can be avoided. Also, if work is lifting within 2-30 days, honor your work WITHOUT speaking to your customer like they are not adults who are spending their...
Read moreI honestly cannot recommend this company enough. From the very beginning, their team showed such professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail that I knew I was in good hands. The entire process was smooth, and the turnaround time was absolutely incredible—much faster than I expected without sacrificing even a bit of quality. In fact, the quality of their work was beyond immaculate. Every detail was carefully executed, and the end result turned out even better than I could have possibly hoped for.

I waited 30 days for my parts to be completed still no parts so I called over and over for the gentleman to be rude and say it will be ready Friday at 5:30 mind u they close at 5:00 ok I arrived on time to get my parts to wait 2 more hours for my parts to be finished. The complete job was TERRIBLE I MEAN TERRIBLE within 10 days of the part being in my home untouched it began to peel up and crack he also added a pin strip to try and cover up the mistakes he made. I contacted him and sent hem pictures of is work and u informed me that he needed to add edge glue to it so bring it back so he could fix it HELL NO. I showed another vinyl wrapping company and they laughed at the quality of work and material they used. The new company showed me an actual piece he has done and it was beautiful. ITS A WRAP...
