First clerk that assisted me was great, however the next one which was Hispanic was awful, as well as security which seemed to be giving her special attention and treated me like I was a threat when I was only seeking help, I'm disabled and the aggression from her and security had me decide to leave in order to avoid an aggressive and escalating situation. As I was leaving security blurted out to her, "You couldn't help him ?" Which stuck me as odd...what business is that to security ? Read moreThe staff are very polite and helpful yes. The 8 security officers inside and outside are there but don't do anything. This branch has alot of kids playing computer games and it is loud and very aggravating. Cell phones every other minute, someone's conversation so everyone can hear, and nobody working there will say or do anything to bring peace and quiet .
