My experience with Himzman Household Appliances went beyond just a simple purchase. The staff really took the time to understand my needs (and price range). This new (used) machine looked new inside and out!

An important issue for me was delivery, which was seamless. The team arrived on time & was super professional. They not only set up the new washing machine quickly but also made sure it was level and connected properly. Watching them test it out to ensure everything was functioning was a nice touch—it really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Afterward, they took away my old washing machine, which was such a relief for me. I didn’t have to worry about how to dispose of it, and it made the whole transition smooth.

Since using the new machine, I’ve noticed how much quieter it is compared to my old one!

Wife n I recently bought our first home. Only things we needed were a fridge, and a washer and dryer set. They had this beautiful French style fridge which is exactly what my wife wanted and this really nice washer n dryer set. Great prices, good selection to choose from as well. Different colors, styles, and brands of all sort of appliances. Respectful and nice gentlemen. They delivered and installed washer n dryer, 1 2 3 no issues. We're in and out within 20 mins. I picked up the fridge and David help loaded her in and was cool as hell about helping me out strapping it down real good to my truck. I had 30 min drive back to the house. We needed to get a washing machine a few months ago because our old one broke down and was too old to fix. We decided to go with a used machine to keep the cost low and Hinzman Household Appliances was great to us!

We showed up, picked one out, and they were super flexible about scheduling delivery. They were also super communicative and didn't make us wait all day in our house during a delivery window.
