Service was absolutely terrible. Sat down and took 5-10 minutes to get waited. Waitress comes over and asks if we are ready to order. Doesn't bother asking if we'd like something to drink. I have a question about the specials and drinks. Has a snarky attitude and points at the menu and says it's all in there. I just say F it and tell her what I'd would like. She walks away. Don't see her again for 30 minutes. I tell the bartender I'd like the status of our order, it's been a while at this point. Bartender looks into it. A COMPLETELY different waitress attends to us and brings me my side first. MY SIDE. Not an appetizer. I ask where the steaks are. She says they're coming... another five minutes. Now my side is cold. Brings the main meal and disappears. No one ever asks us if we would like more drinks or anything. Finally the second girl comes back. I ask for checks. The ORIGINAL waitress drops them off. Doesn't say a word. Doesn't even come back for the checks. I have to go up to the bar to make my payment. ON TOP of everything else there is a MANDATORY gratuity on the bill. Not one person earned a tip and they MAKE you leave one. That's absolutely ridiculous. I have NO problem leaving tips. BUT NOT when the service is deplorable. Even better, when I receive my receipt for my CC payment there is an option to leave a tip. A TIP! Lmao. Almost two hours for two dinners.... Just sad. Pretty sure her name was Jen. Save your money people. This place is trash. Food was terrible. It's gone downhill over the years so fast....

Got there around 1 on a Sunday and was told that there's gonna be a little wait because the locals from across the street were on lunch and they only had 20 minutes for lunch. Got our drinks in about 5 minutes. Bartender was friendly but rushed. She had a lot of people to deal with. Got our order after 30 minutes and it seemed like they cooked the burgers the whole 30 minutes because they were burnt. Ketchup didn't even help. We both ordered the "Wise Guy" which was a burger with salami on it. Both ordered without onions and got onions on both. If the food was edible, that wouldn't be a problem. The fries were good, both steak fries and regular fries. That's all we ate. Told the bartender and she said to not worry about it. We left her $3 because she was doing good while being by herself. It wasn't her fault. I would imagine that they don't get much business the rest of the day to warrant an extra person. We were in the area because we were going to the zoo. Probably wouldn't give a second chance even if we were in the area for...

Service is terrible. Bartenders play favorites on who they'd like to serve even with a mostly empty bar. First time here I waited 15 minutes to order a drink, then a guy who mentioned he was a regular came up behind me and the bartender literally looked over me to take his order (I was physically standing in front of him, he went behind me even though the bar was empty because he knew I was waiting already) The gentleman pointed out politely that I was there first and the bartender sighed and took my order. Was nearly impossible to get the bartender to acknowledge me after that so I closed out and left a $1 tip on an $8 bill with my card. The next day I check my bank balance to see the bartender ever so kindly added a ZERO to my tip as I was charged $18 rather than $9. Called and was told there was nothing they could do as I may not have written "legible" enough. Literally a laughable establishment. Do...
