Cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The communication right away via the Knot was much appreciated. Khadar worked with our schedule to get us a tour of the venue which was incredible. He was welcoming and felt like we were talking with a friend when discussing our ideas. We toured numerous other places but this one felt right. We loved the all-inclusive feel as we didn’t not have to worry about many other vendors that our friends wedding planning along with us had to (linens, chair rentals, etc.). We put a hold on our date shortly after and got to planning. We worked with Jen, and she truly made our visions come to life from start to finish. She took my inspiration photos and turned it into exactly what I hoped for. She was so responsive throughout the entire process which was helpful as we were not in town to meet in person often. We even had some last minute adjustments that she gave no push back on! On the day of, the space was absolutely beautiful. We did our first look photos on the patio prior to going to our church which worked out beautifully. Jen was there the entire time making sure everything was perfect - she fixed whatever little issues we had the day of in a timely matter. Another huge plus was that we got to drop off all of our decor and supplies the day of - Jen set up everything the day of and had it boxed back up the next day for us to just pick up. Khadar even stopped by during our dinner to congratulate us which was a great surprise. Speaking of, we still have guests raving about the short rib and how beautiful the space was! We could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend the Aviator to anyone getting married.

The Aviator is a beautiful and modern venue, perfect for our dream wedding of 300 guests. The Aviator staff are highly professional and considerate. We worked with Jen Seidel, operations manager, for an entire year to help our wedding vision come to reality. She was easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. Her calm demeanor was essential while planning a significant day!
Positively, The Aviator does all the wedding set-up and the cleaning after the reception, which was one of our top priorities when looking for a venue. They also allowed us time the day before for the bridal party to practice their entrances.
The food was absolutely delicious. All guests, including those with meal accommodation changes, were served dinner quickly, and we got a lot of compliments on the food. The drinks were incredible, and the bar service was remarkable. We had an open bar.
I can’t repeat enough that the service was exceptional! Everyone at the Aviator was professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and excellent at their jobs. We had so many children at our wedding; all the staff members were patient, mindfull, and helpful.
After our wedding, we had guests contact us to communicate how impressed they were with the overall service of the Aviator staff, especially the servers and bartenders!
Finally, our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work of the Event Management Team, especially Roula Elias, Aviator Event Manager, whom we worked closely with the day before and the day of the wedding.
Thank you, Aviator, our wedding was perfect!

Absolutely stunning. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed.
First off, the natural light! The expansive windows and open layout allowed for gorgeous, soft lighting throughout the entire space, even as the sun began to set. This is a major plus for photographers, especially when capturing those intimate ceremony moments and lively reception dances.
The fall foliage surrounding the venue was simply breathtaking. We utilized the outdoor space for some truly magical portraits, with the vibrant colors providing a rich and warm backdrop. The Aviator's grounds are well-maintained and offer a variety of textures and settings, allowing for diverse and creative shots.
Inside, the industrial-chic aesthetic is perfectly balanced with a sense of warmth and elegance. The exposed brick, high ceilings, and modern fixtures created a sophisticated atmosphere that was both stylish and inviting. The space is incredibly versatile, allowing for a seamless transition from ceremony to reception.
From a logistical standpoint, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They were organized, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. This made my job so much easier, allowing me to focus on capturing the couple's special day.
The Aviator in the fall is a photographer's dream. The combination of natural light, stunning scenery, and a well-designed space makes it a top-tier venue. I highly recommend it to any couple looking for a unique and memorable wedding experience. And to any fellow photographers: you won't be disappointed!

After several visits, I can try to write this review AGAIN although it seems to either not post, or be taken down.
The food and drinks here are superb as is the scenery on the patio and rooftop! I cannot express how much we enjoy all of it on every visit!
The down side: it seems that their hospitality staff struggle. We’ve been told there’s no room on the roof drop only to walk up stairs on our own accord to be asked if we would like to be seated. Very confusing. The service is slower than one light expect but everyone is always pleasant, maybe it’s just short staffing. However, on every visit, there have been multiple “billing” errors on our check. Our most recent visit this past weekend was no exception. When we point this out, they’re always willing to make it right, but it’s concerning that you always need to watch out for discrepancies between what’s in the printed menu and what ends up on your check. An up charge is understandable, check out my Google Review history to see that I’m not one to complain but after several visits with the same issue, I cannot write this review without pointing this out.
I’ll also add that the follow up after our recent visit due to the billing error(s) was top notch! It seems like really trying to do right for their guests!
I can confidently say that with a little patience, visiting the Aviator Cleveland is an enjoyable experience and you won’t find a better rooftop everything in the entire Cleveland area!!!

I visited The Aviator last week for a wedding anniversary (50 years!). My cousins who planned the party notified the staff in advance that I had a severe tree nut allergy and insisted the menu be completely tree nut free. The Aviator staff not only complied, but also took extra steps to eliminate any potential for cross contamination within the kitchen. To me, this was above and beyond considerate. I was able to enjoy every delicious course. They were also accommodating to the vegetarians in our party. I can't speak enough about their attention to detail in regards to dietary restrictions. Aside from that, the staff was very professional and polite. The room we occupied was very clean and nicely decorated. The food was also delicious! I had chicken and beef over mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables (including green beans, broccoli and zucchini). The chicken had a perfect char-grill taste. The beef was so tender and flavorful. I might actually sell my soul for another serving of that beef lol. Also the portions were generous but not to the point where you feel over indulged. If I were to host an important event in the near future, I would definitely choose "The Aviator ". Ps the photos uploaded were taken after a few bites. We just couldn't wait lol.

My wife and I had an amazing time. The atmosphere was great. Lots of people, perfect lighting, great ambiance and noise level. We started with Brussel sprouts and chorizo (wife favorite) and they were great. Perfect amount of cheese, make this a great taste. I know my wedge salad (made with Romain) was the best I've ever had. I did sub to Ranch dressing as it's my preference, but it was very tasty. The wife's salad had apple slices, walnuts, and everything was so crisp and fresh. I ate the rib-eye which was so perfectly cooked I was impressed. Most places tend to overcook, but this was perfect and tasty. Wife had salmon and the sauce on the side of it was mild and tasty. It paired well with the salmon and helped bring out a lot of flavors. I did get the Jack Frost martini (only thing I remembered to take a picture of) as a dessert. it was delicious and tasted a little like birthday cake. But good way to end the meal. I would highly recommend this place and there were many items we want to try on the menu. Especially the smash burgers! Enjoy your meal. I did want to say our server, Jim, was very good at answering questions, offering opinions on things where appropriate. Be sure to ask for him
