Dolce Derma - Facials Skincare and Lashes — Attraction in Clifton

I purchased a voucher on living social. I called to make an appointment and I mentioned the voucher from living social. The young lady that answered was like WHAT WHERE?. I said living social, she said you mean Groupon? Instead of trying to explain to her that it wasn't Groupon, I just said yes. I asked what was the next available appt, she replied Wed at 4pm. I said sorry, that will not work. I then asked her who is the appt with, she said Sara. I said ok, when is the next available appt wth Dolce, she says "Oh, she doesn't take Groupon. I replied, well isn't this her business. She then explained that everyone has their own clients and some take Groupon and some do not. Then she asked me if that makes sense? I started to reply and she just cut me right off in the middle of my answering her question. She then said "Well how can I help you". I said " oh wow!" You asked me a question and you cut me off while I was trying to answer. Your being very rude. Im going to just chalk this voucher up to a loss and I will just write a review. I’ve been going to Dolce Derma for around 5 months. The place itself is small but very nice & well kept. Spaces are adequately spaced out for clients as well. I’ve gotten several lash lifts with Angelica & I can’t say enough good things about her. She knows what she’s talking about, is quick, efficient & sanitary. I always left loving my lashes! I was also present once when a customer complained about their services & Angelica & the staff handled it so well. They made sure the customer did not leave without a solution. I did not have the issue personally but I felt that if it had been me it was handled correctly.

I also recently just had hybrid lashes placed for the first time by Dulce, the owner. She was very sweet, took her time, made sure I was happy & assured me I could come back if anything at all bothered me or noticed imperfections. I told her the occasion I was getting them for and she made sure I left with what I wanted.

I have been going to Dolce Derma since 2017 and honestly they can take all my money because it is the best self-investment surrounded by good vibes and great intentions. Dolce’s magic touch and advisement had helped me clear and maintain clear skin from years of acne. Listen to her, she knows what she is talking about. All the ladies here are experts, gentile and kind. Nyesha has the hands and fingers of an angel, if our conversations weren’t so good, I would be in a peacefully restorative nap during our lash refills together. On top today that, she ALWAYS delivers with the most alluringly subtle, beauty enhancing, glamorous lash, that can transform from being casual enough for work and glamorous enough for a wedding or Gala. I have been waxing for years and I can say that Stacie is by far the most gentle and least painful wax I have ever received, idk if it’s the special wax, Stacie’s expert touch or the distracting conversation but I’m here for all of it.
