I had a good review up from 2 years ago - using them often for my business - but since have had a different experience. Their pricing fluctuations make for a bad experience. I recently went to get an item that was priced at $14.99 but came up on the register and it scanned $20 and change - more money, when I told them they pointed to a sign that basically explained there could be changes in pricing etc. but it’s falsely advertised at a different price where the item is and the manager said it was not changed, so they wouldn’t honor the price I thought is was. I don’t believe that is a good customer service experience and I won’t support them anymore. Their Benjamin Moore paint prices are also...

I went today to this store who was the only retailer who had the eclipse glasses in stock. The lady at the register was super friendly and looked really happy to serve the many customers who were there, she mentioned that because of the demand they decided to serve their existing customers first until they get more stock from their other location which made sense for me, but she suggested that if I want I can buy something small in the store which will give her the ability to treat me as an existing customer, or if I want to wait until the new stock arrives. I was really impressed.

This place is not you average hardware store. The place is clean and everything is very easy to find. Moe and Dovi are experts, they now the products and how to use them. They even showed me a easier way to paint spindles on a deck (and I've been painting for years). Moe knows paint cold. he can troubleshoot, match a color, and he even delivered it to me. The prices are very competitive, and I was in and out with my paint faster than I could find a spot in Home Depot.
