So I went to the shop around 9:45 this morning and they open at 10:00 I signed in and had a seat around 9:55 two people came in signed in and went over directly to be serviced. So I thought to myself for maybe they had an appointment so they told me to sit down at desk 5:00 and I said that I couldn't because someone was at 5:00 they said oh no set at 6:00 when she comes in you'll be the next customer so I sat down and sit playing the game on my phone. So the nail tech came in and she sat down put her stuff up and I'm waiting for her to be getting my service then somebody else came in to sit down and she went over there and greeted them and I overheard the conversation. She said well I don't know why she sitting down in my chair and things of that sort so the guy looked at me and he said hi and I said well I can hear real good because I made mention to the conversation. So she came over there to me I said well why are you sitting here I told her I was told to sit here so you can do my balance and replace this nail and I told her you know what don't even worry about because you think I will be sitting there with a broke nail not wanting to get service considering I was there before they actually opened. This is the second time I have been there and I have been so utterly this respected trying to give you my hard worked money. I'll grab my purse and I left Benny should be ashamed of himself for hiring such workers that don't care about the customers we are the ones that make his business what it is but I tell you what if I have to have Nubs the rest of my life I'm not going to set foot in that establishment I don't give a damn. You get one star for your stupidity...

A week later and 2 have already popped off. Benny says they will fix it but the other 3 on the same hand are also on the verge of popping off. I still love my nails and wouldn’t go anywhere else. See you Saturday the 10th (my birthday) to get these fixed.
Update: My nails were beautiful on the 10th after Benny fixed them. I went in for a fill, 3 nails that fell off. I didn’t need a fill but Benny began filing my powder off and said he would “make the nails thicker so they wouldn’t come off like that again”. The powder he used didn’t match the powder I initially had. I didn’t like the color of it so I got polish and nail art. He said he didn’t charge me for the powder to make them “thick” but I ended up paying $65 total after the $5 discount for my birthday. I’m doing the review today because my nail popped off on the other hand today when I reached in my bag to get my water. I haven’t jammed my nails on anything at anytime with this “thick” set or with the initial nails I had from Tina. These nails are just not worth the price and I don’t think I’ll be returning after being a loyal customer off and on for almost 15 years. I brought my daughters here and my friends, even when I wasn’t getting my nails done because I liked the quality of work. So much has changed over the last few years and it’s like the work is rushed. The tech doesn’t listen to the client. It seems like the techs have lost their zest for caring about what the customer wants. Read moreSo I went in to this fine well what I used to think was a fine establishment to soak my nails off and to get overlays on my natural nail. Long story short as I was sitting in a chair waiting on the nail tech I had asked the owner Benny if he could give me the little dish with the polish remover so I can begin at least soaking my nails off. He jumps up and put some equipment in front of me and tells me he cannot stop doing the customer to help me and I'm trying to explain to him I do not want him to stop doing what he was doing I just wanted the dish with the acetone polish so I can begin the process. In the past this has been the normal procedure so miss sister China started saying okay boss and jumping up instead of closing a scene I gathered my things and I left I considered myself a loyal customer but I will not be treated with this respect a talk to any kind of way especially when I am sick in the understanding and ask a question there are too many nail shops in Columbus so trust me when I say drive past this one drive past this one. I work too hard for my money and I just needed some acetone polish remover.
